California Dreamin' leaves no room for boredom. This 6 bedroom, 4 bath home has an awesome water slide, waterfall, outdoor BBQ, basketball court, ping pong table and toys for the little ones! + Max Occupancy - 15 individuals including infants (10 adults max) - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs additional guest fee
+ Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights
+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 4 vehicles MAX (ex. 4 minivans) in driveway, must not encroach into sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc) are off limits during this time.
+ Guests must comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You must be 25 years old or older to book with us.
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.

The overall stay was wonderful. About 5 minutes from Disney. The Communication with the property managers was beyond wonderful. They were kind curious and welcoming, even when we accidentally locked the deadbolt and had to call late to get in. The swimming pool and spa were perfect and we enjoyed all of our down time swimming and enjoying the FUN FUN back yard! No need to find a park or other entertainment. My only complaint was a weird smell in the house, I could not figure out what it was, but it was bothersome for several of us.

I will say though if someone is not familiar with the age of homes in the area they might think it was not a 5 star. But it’s was clean and you can tell a effort was put in to update certain things. Rented this home for myself and eleven relatives. Big enough for everyone with additional room left. Pool and jacuzzi felt so good after our days at Disneyland. Short drive to Disneyland. Property manager was easy to get in touch with even over a holiday weekend. Kept eight adults, two teenagers, and two nine year olds extremely happy and entertained. Would definitely rent again.

The property was clean and as represented in photos when we arrived. The bedrooms were ample in size and easily accommodated our group of eight, ages 62 to 10. The location is great, many options in food and entertainment near by. The pool area was great for us, we paid for pool heat, it was a cooler week, and enjoyed many hours there. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. Even made Mickey Mouse waffles for the kids. Plenty of bath and pool towels on hand. We were unable to use the basketball hoop ( it was broke by guests prior to us), and the pool lights didn't work. Those are the problems we had. The movie room was put to good use. We had a great experience all around and would definitely rent this home again.

This our second time renting with Funtierland and once again it was a wonderful experience! The home was spotless and customer service is amazing. We spent the bulk of our time in the house enjoying all the activities from swimming in the pool/spa to playing in the game room to to watching movies in the big screen theater room. The home was clean and well stocked with necessities. We had the max amount of people staying and we managed to all be comfortable. The only thing that was a negative was the EXTENSIVE list of rules and regulations that kept us all from relaxing fully. We loved the pool - it was definitely the best thing about the house!

Wonderful property, very close to Disneyland but far enough away to miss the traffic (5-10 minute drive, no freeway needed). Sparkly clean when we arrived, smelled nicely like Lysol. 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, plenty of sleeping places. The only "gathering place," aside from the dining room, is the tv room which has one large couch and bean bags. The pool was beautiful and a perfect size (my group of 13 enjoyed it very much). We returned to the property one afternoon and found the pool rather green. A quick text to the office and a cleaning service was there within the hour and took care of it. The detached garage has a ping pong table and an old stand up arcade game. Overall the home is very functional, but not very cozy. But my family very much enjoyed spending time there when not doing activities, which is much more than could be said for a group of hotel rooms. My only complaint is the beds - mattresses do need to be replaced and the bed frames were incredibly squeaky. Other than this it was a wonderful place. We will definitely return.

What a fantastic place to stay for a Disneyland vacation! The house is very spacious -- the 6 bedrooms gave everyone plenty of space. There were 9 people in my party and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of room in the dining area. The pool in the backyard is amazing with it's own rock slide and grotto. It made the days when we didn't go to Disneyland equally fun. The house is very clean and tastefully decorated with Disney themed rooms.
The house itself is close to grocery shopping and restaurants, walking distance to a park, and only a short 8 minute drive to Disneyland. The neighborhood itself is very quiet so it's away from the noise/traffic of the Disney area.

This house is a fantastic place to stay for a Disneyland vacation. The house is tastefully themed to give continue to give you the Disney experience after you leave the theme park, but not overwhelming. It's very spacious - the kitchen/dining room and the theater room gives you great common areas for the family to gather and the 6 bedrooms gives everyone their privacy and peace and quiet when they need it. We had 9 people (8 adults/children and 1 baby) in our party and it never felt cramped. The backyard pool/hot tub is the centerpiece of the house. It's a great place to relax and lounge around compete with a slide and waterfall/grotto. It made the rest days just as enjoyable. All of the daily use stuff was provided from shampoo/conditioner/dish soap/paper towels/toilet paper/detergent. You're only about 7 minutes from Disneyland and it's close to shopping/restaurants. We would definitely love to stay here again on future California trips.

We were glad we had one day just to hang out the house because there was so much to do between the incredible pool, movie room, and game room that we all just really enjoyed hanging out together at the property! This house had everything we needed for a week long stay of 15 guests. Down to the little things like enough clean house towels and beach towels, plenty of beach and pool toys, and every Disney movie we could watch in our spare time. It was very clean and the beds were all comfortable after a long day at Disneyland. We would 10/10 stay here again!

The house is very clean and well laid out. Everyone had plenty of space. The location is close to everything, Disney, stores, restaurants, freeway, etc.The pool is awesome, the kids loved it.We would definitely stay here again.

Well worth the amount paid to stay in California. Make sure you I inform everyone in your party NOT to LOCK the deadbolt to the front door when leaving thru the side door. Overall very satisfied with the stay. The property manager was responsive when we needed to reach her. Thank u Sherrie for everything.

This was a great house for our group of two families (4 adults, 6 kids). Plenty of space, bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped with every appliance or cooking utensil you would need plus plenty of dishes, cutlery etc. our kids loved the pool/slide and spa after a long day at Disneyland. When their last bit of energy was spent, relaxing in the theatre room with tv or a movie was the perfect end to a fun filled day. So much to occupy them meant some nice chill time for the parents too. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend this to a big group with kids.

The house was just as nice as it looked in the ad! the proximity to Disneyland was awesome, it was just 10 minutes away! We didn't even need to get on the freeway. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and concerns.

This property is great for a large family with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The pool has a water slide and spa that we went in every day after Disneyland. The garage has a ping pong table that was really fun and a basketball hoop outside. Bedrooms have multiple bunk beds and are comfortable. There is lots of extra bedding if you need it and plenty of towels.
