Perfect for a family heading the Disneyland!

This place was great to stay at and we were able to easily walk to Disneyland every single day! We really enjoyed staying there. The host was very responsive to us and allowing us to checking in early and getting a new door code. Someone even met us at the door to make sure we had all our needs met. Yeah!! Thank you!! We appreciate the attention to make sure our needs were met for our vacation

Right across the street from Disneyland. Walk a little to tram. Easy peasey. Clean, accurate pictures, huge outdoor pool and hot tub. Comfortable beds.

Great home, host, and location. This was the perfect place to stay for my family’s Disney vacation. Only a 10-15 minute walk to Downtown Disney. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved staying here, so close to Disneyland, the amenities were just what we needed and the place was well maintained. Also gave us a home feel while we were away.

This was a cozy place and I felt like it was an ok place for my children to be kids. The location is absolutely amazing. It would have been nice to lnow the place had stairs you had to use in order to access the bedrooms and showers. If someone had a disabillity this qould have been a problem. We dont so it was fine but the listing never mentions that there is a narrow steep stairway.

This property is a great location for Disneyland and the other areas of attraction. The property was very comfortable. And I would recommend it 100% and we are planning on coming back in the future.

Great hosts! Conveniently located to Disneyland (15 min walk)! Super comfortable beds! Zero smell (from previous posts)… may just be the smell of an older home but definitely didn’t bother us at all and didn’t notice anything! We all slept wonderfully and peacefully when we were there! They had a super cute welcoming basket for us! Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

This condo was perfect for my family of four, two adults and two teens. Small kitchen with all the essentials, comfortable beds and plenty of room for R&R in between Disney sessions. The large pool and hot tub were a hit with my girls, my husband and I loved the big walk-in closet in the master and we all appreciated the short walk to Disney. Would absolutely stay again.

It fit exactly what we were looking for - more space than a hotel room (the extra bathroom was a must-have) and within a decent walking distance. It's on the back side of the Disneyland park so it was very quiet and an easier drive to get to other stores and restaurants. It was clean and they have instructions posted for everything. They've even thought of some extras we didn't expect - we found rain ponchos after we went on the water rides! We would definitely stay there again.

Family of 5, spent a few days at Disneyland. Perfect location. It could be a little cleaner but honestly not such a big deal if you are spending most of your time at the park. The spa/pool are a nice touch. Would definitely recommend for a family who wants some more space in a quiet area but still right next to the park. Would stay again.

Super happy with the entire experience. The location was perfect to come and go to both parks. The property had everything we needed to cook meals every night, so we saved a lot on food. No issues at all, and the hosts were great and super responsive. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

We like the fact that it was a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney from the condo. Also Funteirland was very responsive to any questions we had. Condo had everything we needed. Would stay there again.

This property was everything we expected. Comfortable and easy walk to Disneyland. The only thing that would be a negative, is all the paperwork required to stay there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Convenient location for a family Disneyland trip. Comfy enough for a full family, along with a lovely pool to relax in after a long day of walking. The kitchen is small, so only one person at a time can cook, but it’s great for having easy breakfasts and dinners without having to go out.

Great stay!!! Location was perfect right across the street from the Disney parking structure giving us a quick walk to the tram. Will use it again.

Great location! Easy walk to the parks and fireworks viewing from the parking lot. The kids loved the bunk beds (and we were happy for the extra trundle bed for our party of 5). Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice big closet with plenty of hangers. Hair dryer was available too. Air conditioning was greatly appreciated as it was hot! The pools were wonderful and the adjacent grassy field was great for soccer.

We had a nice 4 night stay @ Funtierland. I has all the essentials one would need. We walked to Disneyland with kids (6yr old and 13yr old). It takes 7-10min to walk to the security station to enter Disney. During our stay the pool was closed for maintenances, so kids were a little disappointed, but we did other activities. We would stay here again.

I know it said close to Disney but man we are literally next door to the park here. It was the perfect place to enjoy Disney for a few hours come home have lunch and walk right back. It does seem small however it perfectly fit my family of six no problems

The condo was in a great location in proximity to Disneyland. It was very clean and convenient to have a kitchen and laundry facilities rather than just a hotel. The pool and spa were great after our long days of walking. We will definitely be back!

My stay started off very rough with our first rental however I spoke with Shari who was AMAZING along with Kate got everything squared away with a new rental unit and it was smooth sailing from there. Thank you Shari and Kate for making our stay WONDERFUL!

Great space for our family trip. We've stayed at the fancy Disney hotels previously but wanted something with a bit more space and if we wanted to cook we could.
The location was an easy walk to the tram station (right across Tyron the Parkade) and Downtown Disney.
We used the pool once but it's not heated and only the braves went in.
Overall, great management and location. Place was clean and well stocked.

Great location for your Disneyland vacation. Enjoyed the hot tub after the walks to Disneyland. My only concern was you asked for us to take off our shoes but the floors were filthy. My socks were dirty after walking on the floors.

The location was great. We walked 2 of our 3 days to the Disneyland Tram station- (10 min) and saved the $25 a day parking fee. The place works well for a place to crash after being gone all day. The garage code didn’t work and the contact said they would find out if maintenance had changed it and not informed them, but we never heard back what the correct number was. Fortunately the condo combo worked and there was a garage door opener. The place was very clean, comfortable beds.

it is a very nice vacation place within walking distance to Disneyland the only issue I had was when I requested a later checkout till 11:30 and was told no which I can understand but when I said we would wait outside for our ride I was informed that we would be loitering and would have to get off the property which I thought was a bit harsh as we were not going to be loitering just waiting for a ride. After you pay a couple of thousand dollars to rent the place you would think they would be a little more understanding anyhow other than that it was a great place to stay

The location of this rental is ideal! The walk isnt any longer than driving and parking in Disneyland’s parking structure. Some areas in the home are tight, but it worked very nicely for us. We are basically only there to sleep. Speaking of sleep, the bunk beds are extremely squeaky and loud, so be prepared. The response time with management was prompt and friendly. Everyone we dealt with from booking to checking in and out was helpful and kind. The house was stocked nicely the only thing i recall wishing we would have had is some access to clorox wipes or some bleach (i’m kind of a germaphobe in the kitchen). We visit yearly and look forward to staying here again!

There is so much positive to say about this place! It was so great to come back from Disney each day and feel like we were at home not in a hotel. We cooked dinners and made lunches. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, glassware and plastic ware for kids. The pools were clean and quiet. The neighbors were quiet and you can’t hear through the walls like in a hotel. The beds were comfortable, and our daughter loved the toys and dress up clothes in the kids room. It is a 15 minute walk from the front door to the ticket gate but you walk through Downtown Disney which is fun (and has 2 Starbucks!). We never figured out where the Tram picked up so we always walked. we had 2 adults and a stroller. The only thing to keep in mind is that the condo complex is old so when you first pull in it’s not exactly what you’d expect. But the actual condo itself is immaculate, tastefully decorated Disney style and everything was clean and looks brand new.

This property was loaded with amenities for a family. Our kids were thrilled with the dress-up clothes and Disney animals! There was everything you could need from strollers, booster seats, pool toys and even a baby monitor!The kitchen was very well equipped, including coffee, spices and everything we needed!The location was amazing! It was a short walk through Downtown Disney or to the tram that drops you at the front gate. Even though the property itself was clean, the only negative is the property and grounds are dated. The grounds look run down and the pool area was unclean. The bathrooms at the pool had not been cleaned for a very long time. We felt we needed to walk back to our property to use a bathroom.

Great experience. We have 5 kids and they had a blast. Walking distance to Disney. The only downside was only being allowed 6 people in the pool, since we are a family of 7 there was always one person that couldn't go.

Great place to stay! Close the parks so we could come and go as needed. And since we had grandma and grandpa with us that was a nice option for them when they needed a break. Quiet and clean complex. The management company was very accommodating to our travel issues when out flights got canceled. I would highly recommend it!!

We were in town for 6 days and this condo was perfect for our family of 5. It had enough space that allowed us to spread out on one day when we waited out a heavy rainstorm. The beds were comfy, and having laundry and a full kitchen allowed us to pack lighter and prep a lot of meals. The people with Funtierland were super helpful too

We stayed at this condo in Sept 2018 for 3 days. The interior was clean and had all the amenities we wanted. The best parts of the condo were that a lot of thought was put into the extras within the unit. They provided 2 stroller, fully setup kitchen with everything you would have at home, air conditioning worked excellent. There were a few items that were broken or not working such as the bathroom door upstairs did not shut which wasn't a big deal but would have if we would have had guests or two families. The master bedroom ceiling fan also did not work, these were minor and the other perks in the unit definitely compensated. The location was a bit further than we would prefer from the park. I'd say its more like a solid 20 minute walk. You can get on the tram at the disney parking lot but its a solid 10 minute walk there and then you have to breakdown your stroller which was a huge inconvenience after it is loaded up for the day. We tried other routes to the park but non were quick and after walking 15 hours in the park a 20 minute walk home is not fun. I would definitely stay here again as long as you don't have little ones that need a stroller and you are able to walk and extra 40 minutes every day.

We had a great family vacation. This place had a play n pack for our youngest grandchild along with a high chair and stroller. The kids room was all Disney including dress up costumes that our other 5 yr old grandchild loved.Being literally across the street made accommodating all our families ages so easy. Littles ones could go back early and old ones could stay late. We had 6 adults so the only downside was only one shower.

We were back in Anaheim to attend a retirement party for a very dear friend. Finding the unit was relatively easy as condos tend to be difficult to find the correct unit. The unit was as described and we were very pleased about that. Since it was two of us there was plenty of space to move about. The king bed was extremely comfortable. All rooms were easily accessible and nicely sized. All rooms very clean especially bathrooms, we never felt as if any thing was contaminated. We did not do very much eating in the unit. The kitchen is a little tight but that was ok. There were a couple of minor problems that were handled quickly and did not present a problem in our stay. Many thanks to those I spoke with the were very accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is just a 15-20 minute walk through downtown Disney to the Disneyland park gates or a 5-10 minute walk to the parking tram. The place was clean and there was sufficient space and beds for our family of five. It was so convenient having additional strollers available to us, a high chair, pack and play and baby gates installed at the top and bottom of the stairs. During the baby's naps and the usual night waking, no one woke each other up. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were all conveniently labeled and all instructions were clearly printed, laminated and stuck to their appropriate places. Management was very prompt and clear in their communication and we are so thankful that we had the privilege to stay at this wonderful apartment. The parking garage just managed to fit the rental mini van and we were even able to let our babysitter use the assigned parking spot. Thank you so much for having us!

We had the pleasure of staying at Radiator Springs. We were pleasantly surprised with our accomodations. We arrived about 45 minutes early and Funtierland was able to arrange an early entry which was nice after such a long drive. The home was comfy and decorated nicely. It was clean. We all, six of us, had enough room to move around without any problem. I really liked that they had everything available for us to cook with. They had plenty of pans, pots, dishes, glasses, silverware and appliances even spices. As for the walk to Disney, it was not bad at all. Just a few minutes and we were in Downtown Disney. There were grocery stores and restaurants nearby as well. TIP: Bring some reusable grocery bags if you want to avoid a 10 cent fee each for grocery bag.
I will definetely be booking with them again. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay during our trip.

I highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Disneyland. I oscillated between a condo and a room at the Disneyland Hotel and ultimately decided on the condo and I am so glad I did. The condo is very easy to access, it is very nice inside - the beds are extremely comfortable and the pool area is much, much nicer and more fun than it looks in the photos. We easily walked back and forth to the park entrances with our two children, ages 6 and 8. The condo is well appointed with a single and double stroller and a cooler. We packed food and water in the cooler and used the stroller to carry the cooler (and occasionally our children) around the park.

It turns out the Disneyland Hotel is NOT at the park entrances, it is not much closer to the park entrance than this condo and with the condo you get so much more, two bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, two bathrooms, a washer/dryer, a full kitchen, dining area and couch and a very nice pool area with a large hot tub and a kids play area.

We went into the park each morning when it opened but then our kids were ready to leave between 1 and 2 in the afternoon and it was very nice to have all of the space to spread out in and we saved a lot of money and anxiety by being able to prepare our own meals and pack lunches and snacks to go into the park.

We had a total of 5 people staying in the condo, my 85 mother, myself and my husband and our two children so there is plenty of room to spread out.

This was our first vacation rental experience and it was great. The owners answered all my questions before we got there and everything was great when we arrived. And the location was perfect for walking to Disneyland!

The condo was very clean and updated.. the layout was perfect for a family of 5 plus a guest.. kids loved the very large pool. The location was great as it only took 10 min to walk to Downtown Disney and maybe another 5 to the actual Disney entrance. Management was quick to respond to our one need which was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and everything we needed to know was outlined clearly. The rental came with everything we needed and more for our stay. The size of the place was perfect for our family of five. The location couldn't be better just minutes from the tram and downtown Disneyland. This place will stay on my favourites list!
