F-23 | Rapunzel's Tower

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and accommodating!

We stayed at the Rapunzels Tower house. Not Mickey's. It was very clean! We had 12 people, adults ranging in age from 25-70 and children 2-14. It was the perfect house for every age. The kitchen is a good size, stocked, and there is plenty of seating. There are strollers to choose from, a crib and two pak n plays for small ones. A baby gate for the stairs and some toys as well. Extra bedding in closets and we even moved a mattress to a floor since there were extra. We were there 4 full days, 3 of which were in Disney. The 4th day we celebrated Thanksgiving and the kids swam. We did not pay extra to heat the pool but would do so in the future if I stayed again, as the kids said it was chilly. It’s close enough that you can UBER for cheap but not to walk to Disney. Unless you’re used to walking a lot. It’s about a 45 minute walk. Since we walked 10 miles a day in the park we drove the 7-10 minutes and parked there. After a long day, walking home was not an option for our group. The FuntierLand staff were very friendly. Texting with them was simple and I received immediate answers. There are cameras out back in case of rowdiness after 10 pm, which we didnt mind; If you follow the rules, you’ll have no problems at this rental. I wouldn’t want a rowdy rental in my neighborhood either. So just be respectful. We were pretty much asleep by 10pm. Neighborhood is good. Typical working class, friendly people and very quiet. We would definitely stay in Rapunzels Tower again.

We were very pleased with Rapunzel's Tower for 5 days with 15 of us on a big family trip to Disneyland.The house was spacious with a total of 6 bdms & 3 bathrooms. The kids were in the bunk rooms. The tower room seemed the best of the bunch, so there was a little argument with the teens who would get the room, but we figured it all out. It was about a 10 min drive to Disney, so not within walking distance, but we created a system of driving the group and then parking in a hotel close by & walking 10 min from there. It was close enough that we could go and get the car then drive everyone back around 1pm for a swim and a healthy lunch before going back for more Disney. We found there were not enough glasses, but a quick text & management brought over lots more. So if you lack anything just ask. The pool. hot tub & slide were well used by our group. The pool was a little chilly for me, but it was 82 degrees & the kids were good with it. We were disappointed the French doors in the living room didn't open to the pool but can see why. The kids would be running in & out all wet! We would have liked to have a coffee table in the living room to play games on and some side tables for drinks, maybe a rug to help dampen the sound of loud kiddie's voices, but these would be nice extras & not a big problem. Same outside, we did find one side table & utilized it. Lots of towels, good washing machine and even some spices & plastic wrap! The house was great for us. Highly recommend

It was a great place for our family. Plenty of places to sleep, lots of space to hang out. The house was very nice and the pool was perfect for the 7 kids we had with us.

We enjoyed staying at this location. There was 10 of us total. Every one had a good amount of privacy when needed but lots of together space as well. I did think the Rapunzel Tower was a separate play area for children but it's not. Pool was a big hit with the kids and adults. Paying to heat the pool was well worth it. Close to Disneyland! Overall we enjoyed this location!

Funtierland was above our expectations & really was the perfect weekend get away for myself & my family. My siblings and our families had tons of space to relax after long days at Disneyland & to be able to spend time together! The house was in amazing condition, rooms were spacious, pool is beautiful and plenty of supplies to use. We are already hoping to come back here next time we come down this way. The staff was the best as well! Communication & knowledge was one of the best things they did for us. Can’t wait to stay here again! 5 stars!

Great, easy location! Close to Disney Parks.

Overall we had a great stay! We were a little bummed that the child gate for stairs was broken when we arrived but the property managers were quick to respond and replace the gate. Also quick to replace some lightbulbs that had gone out in upstairs bathroom. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. We loved having a home to come back to each night since we logged so much time and miles at Disneyland and California Adventure Park. My kids are already saying they want to go back to "their Disneyland house" next time. Ha!

This place was fantastic. if I had one thing to nit Pic it would be the windows don't have blinds so there is no privacy with your family. all in all it was a beautiful home. 8 mins away from Disneyland, minutes away restaurants and grocery stores. My kids and other family members enjoyed the pool. I honestly would rent this place again regardless of not having blinds on window. The price is well worth it. Thanks again for having us!!!!

Stayed here for a long weekend to visit Disneyland. Super cute and spacious house. The kids loved the themed rooms. Only about 10 min from Disney and there was a great view of the fireworks at 930 for the nights we weren’t at the park. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great experience staying here. Plenty of room to stretch out and with the multiple family’s it made a difference. Kitchen is large and a large dinning room table. Great space to hang out inside and outside. Host was great to work with, friendly and timely communication. We would stay here again!

Our family of 12 stayed in this house for 4 nights. There were 6 adults and 6 kids (all 7 and under). There were plenty of beds with linens and towels for all guests. I appreciated being able to locate box fans in the closets to circulate air when needed. We also greatly benefitted from the use of 2 of their strollers for our 3 days in the parks. The hosts were responsive and accommodated our last minute request for early check in! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved to pool and hot tub. The met / exceeded our every expectation. Short drive to the Disney Park. Everyone enjoyed their time, Kids and adults alike.

The Rapunzel House was perfect for our family that consisted of ages between one years old to 63 years old. We were about six minutes away from Disneyland and there was great shopping close by for groceries and sundries. The kitchen was amazingly well appointed and included items such as a griddle to make large amounts of pancakes, a hand mixer, a blender and plenty of cutlery items. The refrigerator and freezer were new and well kept. I have an electric stove at home and cooking on a gas stove was such a delight. The bedrooms were such fun for our little kids, they were swept up in the magic of sleeping in the cars room and princess room. They bought in to the whole Disney Magic feeling, which is exactly what we were looking for. The only room that has a kingbed is the Mickey Mouse Master but we knew that ahead of time and decided to book nonetheless. It would be nice to have a couple more kingbeds, but it wouldn't discourage us from booking again. Sadly during the time we were staying at the house it rained hard everyday so we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub but we sure wanted to. The pool attendant showed up a couple of times for maintenance so the pool was very well maintained. Maybe we should come back in August just to use the pool and take advantage of the nice yard and BBQ set up. We had a one year old in our group and he was fascinated by the front entry stairs and area, we tried several gates that were in the house already, which was great, but none of them were wide enough to cut of the whole area, I don't know how to rectify that but we did get tired of chasing him and encouraging him to not be in that area. All in all we had a great stay at the Rapunzel House, I would highly encourage staying at this house. Don't be discouraged by the paperwork you have to do, Funtierland is doing a business and we had nothing but positive interactions with their staff. Thank you Funtierland!

13 of our family members (including 6 grandkids) stayed a week and the house was perfect for our group. Lots of space and beds for everyone. The appliances were high end and there was lots of amenities provided. The pool and hot tub were great with lots of space in the back yard. A quick drive to Disneyland by Uber made getting around very easy. All in all a super fun experience. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. Thank you Funtierland!

Really great place - the pool is amazing, minutes from Disney if you need a midday break. They really thought of everything.

This place is great for families of all ages. The spacious house, awesome pool/hot tub, and Disney themed rooms are just the place to stay for a family vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean and just as it appeared online. We spent 3 days at Disneyland, however, it was nice to come back to a home where we could relax and let the kids play. The neighbors were nice - I would recommend this place for sure!

Our family had a wonderful week at Funtierland! The house is perfect for families with kids, there's plenty of space for everyone plus a great yard and pool with waterslide that our kids loved. We loved all the Disney themed bedrooms and details. You can see Disneyland fireworks from the upstairs bedroom which was a fun surprise. We had a great stay!

10/10–Place is Clean, Spacious and in such great area (7 minutes away from Disney) & near by literally everything! (Target, Canes, 7/11, The Source, etc…) If you’re hesitating on booking this place I would say don’t and BOOK ASAP!

Our family had a wonderful time staying in Rapunzel's Tower. It is a perfect home for families who have small children. The rooms are decorated in fun Disney characters. The kids were so excited to pick out their rooms. The princess room even had dress-up clothes. The kitchen was wonderful, well stocked and open for many cooks in the kitchen. We enjoyed the pool. The slide was super fun! This home is big but you would never know it from the street view. We had a memorable experience and were happy to have stayed in this home. We would stay there again!

We stayed at rapunzels tower and the place was better than the pictures and located in the cutest cul de sac. The house is partially remodeled and very nice . The pool and the backyard area was very nice, much better than pictured, clean with outdoor seating and artificial turfs. Perfect for the kids. The house was stocked with toilet paper and towels. We’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s that are stingy with their supply. Fantastic location. Very clean, smelled clean when we walked in like everything had been just washed and sanitized. Overall great experience would definitely stay here again.

I’m glad to say this experience was remarkable. Even though the pool was not heated when we checked in, they refunded me the fee without me even asking. I had tons of questions and received answers to all of them in, without feeling like I was being a bother. They even sent out the pool guy to make sure I knew how to work the pool. The house had its basic utensils and the neighbors were friendly. The house seemed to be sound proof because the kids were inside playing and you couldn’t even hear them outside, which was pretty cool. I wish the fireplace would have been able to been utilized but even though we couldn’t use it it was a magnificent experience. The Mickey room had its own bathroom, Cars, & Princess room had a door to separate them from the other rooms, and shared a bathroom. The Rupanzel bedroom had bunk beds and a sliding bunk and the queen bed with a huge closet and vanity and a bathroom it was beautiful also can’t forget the patio. I loved it!

This house honestly made the entire Disneyland trip UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME! I never want to stay anywhere else again. The level of professionalism, cleanliness, hospitality, and comfort and fun (giant murals!!) is unparalleled. It is so close to the park and allowed our party of 12 to have PLENTY of space. We enjoyed the comfort of a beautiful home and the amenities that they provided during our stay. These people are clearly parents with REAL life in mind. They had EVERYTHING there for us. I was truly grateful as it helped us out a lot and saved us money on rental fees and inconveniences that would have arisen had it not been for their thoughtful generosity! Do. Not. Stay anywhere else!

We had a great time at Rapunzel’s tower. The property management company was great to work with. They addressed any questions or concerns promptly. The house was a short drive to Disneyland. We loved the themed rooms and the pool. And it’s near a yummy sub shop we discovered during our stay, The, Bronx.

I know the name says “from San Dimas” but I actually flew in with 19 students and three other teachers from Japan. We had two rentals from Funtierland, the treasure island themed property and this Rapunzel themed property, and we enjoyed them both! Both clean and well stocked. We did have a few hiccups along the way but as soon as I called help was on the way. Thank you all so much! This house was very spacious, a must for large groups!!

Rapunzel’s Tower was the perfect layout for our 3 generation family of 10. Plenty of space for everyone. The heated pool and spa were a big hit. There is an area of uneven rock by one end of the pool that needs some repair before someone gets hurt. There were plenty of bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots, pans & appliances. Location was great. Not close enough to walk to Disneyland but was a nice short drive. We visited the Northgate Mexican market on Euclid several times. We grilled their marinated carne asada one evening and it was delicious. We enjoyed two beach days at Crescent Bay Beach and Newport Beach. We really appreciated the 2 beach chairs, umbrella and some sand toys that were provided. Management was responsive when I had a couple of questions. This is an older, well loved home so don’t expect fancy, new, high end kitchen and furniture. Great for us as we didn’t feel like we had to worry about kids being kids. Only suggestion I would make is to add a couple more TV’s. One to the upstairs bedroom and one to the bedroom by the kitchen. With six bedrooms, there will more than likely be several adults who want to watch TV in their bedrooms. Overall, a great place for a large group, much better than hotel rooms by far.

You know you’re doing something right with your property when the kids are excited to leave Disneyland to go back home for a pool party. We had 12 people from 2 families and this house was perfect for us for our vacation to southern California. Located near to Disneyland, our main destination and about an hour to Universal Studios. Kids enjoyed the pool while adults enjoyed the warm weather and seeing their kids having fun.

Coming back to the house (5 min. Drive) after two full days at Disney and California Adventure was so much better then feeling cramped in a hotel. My children enjoyed staying each night in a different room (they bed hopped) and being able to let them spread out into their own spaces helped my own parent sanity. I would gladly choose this house again! (And the pool was a wonderful bonus).

Had a fantastic time using Rapunzel's tower as a base camp for our crew. Table off of the kitchen was great for the kids, while the adults could enjoy the large table in the dining room. Loads of space to listen to the birds sing in the morning in the living room. Bathrooms and bedrooms had everything we needed. Overall the space was perfect for us and a fantastic value!

A few appliance and facility issues. A new dishwasher was just installed, but it wasn't installed properly and it would tip forward a bit when the door was open, so they should get that looked at. Was getting an error on the double oven when using both ovens, so we were only using the upper. The upper door of the oven doesn't close all the way, and runs about 50 degrees cooler than your setting. The gas range has a few nobs that constantly fire the ignitor, which was annoying.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our vacation! We had 15 people in our group, the layout of the house offered exactly what we needed. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to prepare meals. There is a little market right around the corner for groceries, the location was great! The pool and hot tub were a hit! We really had to convince our 5 year old to get out of the pool and come to Disneyland with us! Communication was prompt and helpful. We had the chance to meet Shari during our stay, she was so friendly, it really felt like staying at a friends house. Thanks so much for a truly unforgettable family vacation!

Home was perfect away from home.

Rapunzels Tower was a great vacation rental in a quiet neighborhood. It is well equipped for large groups. The pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. We loved how roomy the home was with bedrooms separated out to allow everyone plenty of space. It is a bit far to walk to Disneyland but we shuttled groups back and forth easily. Truly enjoyed the experience and would stay here again without hesitation!

This was our second visit to the Rapunael Tower home. Again we had a wonderful stay. Perfect home for a large family or a group of families. The layout ensures lots of privacy for the families yet wonderful spaces to enjoy family time.
