What time is check in? Can I check in early/check out late?

Check in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00 am. You can reach out to us a couple of days before your stay and we will let you know if early check-in / late check-out is possible (fees may apply) depending on pre-scheduled cleaning, onsite maintenance, etc.

 

What’s included in the home?

We provide all linens, a single and double stroller, a high chair and a pack n play. We also provide cookware, glassware, dinning utensils, a regular coffee pot with filters.  Pool towels, bath towels, a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper are also provided for your convenience.

 

When will I receive the address?

You will receive a pre-arrival email about two weeks before your stay this will have the address and a unique door code. No need to pick up keys!

 

Is there free wifi?

Yes, we provide free wifi. The wifi information is located in the welcome binder that you can review upon arrival.

 

What is the 15% tax fee?

The City of Anaheim passed a law in 2014 that requires Short Term Rentals to charge a transient occupancy tax of 15% for all nights reserved after July 1st, 2015. 

 

What is Accidental Damage Protection?

Accidental Damage Protection is a small non-refundable charge in lieu of a large refundable deposit. This charge covers up to $1,500-$3,000 (depending on property) in accidental damage that might occur to the home during your stay. Additional details are provided in our rental agreement.
