We have stayed at this location multiple times and it never disappoints. It is great for the kids and adults. It is a short trip to the grocery store or Disney! We stayed this time with our 4 children and their grandma there was plenty of space. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We recommend staying here for you family trip to Disney!

The house was clean, quiet, and very close to Disneyland. The host’s instructions were clear, and they were friendly.

What a wonderful property, the pool and hot tub were used every day either at the before or after we went to the parks. The citywide noise mandate requiring no outside noise after 10 was tough because having a bit of kid free time in the hot tub would have been nice but overall the house is amazing! It is a 5 minute drive to Disneyland parks and close to a lot of other amenities! We would definitely book again!

Phenomenal property, amenities, location and more! Perfect for our family of four to enjoy the attractions, convention center for work, the pool and hot tub, game room a bonus! 3 bdrm, 2 bath huge LR and stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this property to anyone in need. The PM was attentive, communicated perfectly, was caring and tended to our needs. We had a blast!!!!

Absolutely amazing property and location. We stayed there for four nights after our Disney Cruise experience would highly recommend it. Rooms were lovely. Kitchen was open concept . Pool table Space was great and pool and Jacuzzi were on point would highly recommend. they even have strollers available for rental pack, and play high chairs. Everything you could think of that you would need for all ages of kids. Will definitely be staying again.

The people at Funteirland was very responsive in a quick manner with anything we needed during our stay. We had an issue and needed to stay an extra night and they were on top of it. We will be staying again

This place was beautiful and suited our family perfectly. Having the room with the double bunk beds was awesome! We had a few little hiccups throughout our stay that were taken care of immediately and with an extremely helpful concern to make us comfortable throughout our stay. The pool came in handy being that we had very active little ones. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home, perfect for our family of four. The host was responsive and so helpful when we had questions. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well appointed, and we wish we had the living room couch in our own home. Close enough to Disneyland for a quick Uber/taxi ride. We walked to downtown Disney the first night and while it is absolutely doable, we decided catching a ride was the best bet for us. We were so sad to leave, not just because we would be the Sun and palm trees, but also because the house was so comfortable!!

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just down the street from Disney. Everything was excellent, would recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay while making a family trip to Disneyland. We used the pool/spa multiple times and my kids had a blast. Having access to strollers and puddle floaters for my 4 year old made our trip easier. Less than a 5 minute uber to the park made it easy for us to get there each day. We will be back.

Overall, all 7 of us had a blast in “our” house for 8 days!! Location so convenient, even walking distance for groceries, coffee shops, playground/park. 6-8 min. drive to Disneyland, especially after long days at Park.

Loved the home pictures were spot on, what little issues we had they responded ASAP. We will be staying with them again!!

The house is a great place to stay for a Disney trip. The pool and spa were great. Lots of space and close to dining and the parks. Will definitely stay there again.

House was clean. Lots of room. Comfy couches. Kids loved the pool as well the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Anytime we had a question they were quick to respond and or help. Uber rides to the parks were more economical than parking at the parks. Next time we visit Anaheim we probably will rebook here again.

Great to stay in this place and can see Disneyland' s firework night time at the weekend so i like it and feel relax.

The overall space and amenities suited our group beautifully. Despite a few small imperfections and some delay in pool heating, the house was comfortable and well appointed. We will happily choose it again if back in the area.

We loved our stay! Check-in was easy and the house was just as described. The house was clean and tidy. It was a perfect location for our trip to Disneyland…just a 5 minute drive to parking lots. We even watched the fireworks from the backyard! The neighborhood was quiet and mellow and we felt safe there with our child. I highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time at this house. The pool in the backyard was definitely the highlight. It was clean and heated. It did have some issues with the automated circulation and heating system during our stay, but customer service was responsive. Beds were quite noisy and several small things were broken around the house, but that’s probably expected with an old rental house and it didn’t affect our stay. Good location, easy drive to stores and Disney. There are a couple people camped directly behind the home’s backyard wall, but they weren’t bothersome (just something to be aware of). Great Disney fireworks view from backyard! Great customer service, they accommodated us for an extra night due to a last minute flight issue….we were so relieved! We can’t wait to book our next Disney vacation stay with Funtierland :)

We loved how close to Disneyland we were! The hottub was great for resting our feet after 2 full days at the Disney parks. Our family of 7 was accommodated comfortably and we would go back! Host was very responsive over text if we needed assistance at the house.

Babes in toyland was an excellent property. Plenty of room and space. Enough beds and all of my teens enjoyed the pool in game room. We will definitely stay again at this property or other properties available through funtierland .

We would like to rate our Stay at Funtierland's "Babes In Toyland" (9/29/19 - 10/5/19) as a "5!!!!"

Comments: This is our 3rd Stay with Funtierland and our 2nd Stay in "Babes In Toyland" (That, in and of itself says a lot!) We LOVE this house! We feel "at home" the minute we walk in the Front Door and make use of almost every single amenity.

We no longer need the really young children's items (sniff!!), but we're certain very young families will appreciate things like the Portacrib; bed side rails; and strollers.

We made great use of the TWO Gamerooms (Ping Pong and Billisrds) and LOVED the Pool and Hot Tub (well worth the cost to heat it!) It was a delight after both long days at Disney and the Beach.

We are able to save money by utilizing the nearby WalMart's Grocery Pick Up Service to order ahead from home in AZ & pick up on our arrival in CA. The house's large kitchen makes meal prep easy.

So you know we're not "gilding the Lily", the seating for family T.V. viewing could be better, but realistically, you usually don't come to Anaheim to spend a lot of time watching T.V. (smile!) Plus the sofa leaves plenty of space for the kiddos to play! They will eventually need to fix/replace sliding glass door, but it's easily usable still.

We think it's fair to say no week long trip is without some issue - but ours were minor. Both times we've stayed here we have to ask the fellow across the street to please turn his music down, but he's not threatening and complies quickly the first night. No further disturbance. And we had one small electronics issue, but Shari and Leo took care of it very quickly and completely.

Three GREAT days at Disney and two beach days at Corona Del Mar, all surrounded by the beautiful and comfortable "Babes In Toyland" house!!!

We'll be back!!!

Our family goes to Disneyland every year and this house was one of the best thus far. The house was very clean and smelled clean. The beds in the home are very comfortable, and the amount of towels available fit our family of 6 perfectly. My 13 year old daughter was very happy to get her very own bathroom and privacy. The master not having a masterbath was not a problem or a deal breaker. The kitchen was well equipped with everything one family might need to cook, bake, or whatever you wanted to cook. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part and the only nuisance was the neighbor's dog whenever we would go outside or come back, but didn't last long. We enjoyed everything this rental had to offer and would happily rent again if available for our next trip. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us.

Home was very nice and it was awesome to have private pool and hottub. When a few cleaning supplies were suggested by myself (for example all purpose cleaner since we were going to be there a full week), it was dropped off to the home within an hour. Very appreciated. Within 3 miles and easy access to Disneyland. We will be staying at this house or utilizing funtierland again!

We had a fabulous stay!! From the very beginning the staff at Funtierland was just awesome!! So responsive and friendly!! The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious. So much room for all four of us!! So much extra amenities lots of extra towels, linens, kitchen supplies etc!! The kids loved the pool table with the swimming pool and jacuzzi right outside. Great view of the Disney fireworks from the jacuzzi and family room every night!! We will be back next year and will use Funtierland Vacation Rentals!! Their service is untouchable!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

Overall, it was great. First impressions were a little rough, but mostly because of the neighborhood. The house was a breath of fresh air, once you walked through the doors. A few things need updated, like the windows and the sliding glass door. There was some rusty light fixtures and the pool fence was a little worn down. The pool is very deep, at least 6 feet in the middle which we weren't expecting. So we couldn't enjoy the entire pool with our little kids because of that. The pool toys were deflated and worn. Beds were a little lumpy and old. It had some quality appliances which was really nice. I would have liked a deadbolt on the front door for added security. The closet door needed fixed. The bunk beds were pretty rickety. We would stay there again because these are minor things. The decorations were disney themed which was fun. There were toys and dress up stuff, the pool table was really fun. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice clean home with a beautiful kitchen, decent pool and hot tub, and quiet neighborhood. The 2 bathrooms are okay, however, awkward and small. The tub in the main bath is very slippery and we had to use a towel on the tub bottom to keep from falling. The beds were comfortable. There was adequate space to park our 12 passenger van in the driveway. Only a 5 minute Uber drive to Disneyland.

This is a great place to stay. Very nice house with all the amenities you would need. The kids loved the game room and the pool/hot tub area. We had a couple of days where we didn't even leave the house. The only draw back was the noise level some nights. There was a couple of barking dogs next door and a young man playing drums across the street. Thankfully, the little drummer boy only played a couple of nights while we were there (and he had to stop by 10 pm per the city ordinance). The property management company did call for us on the dog barking and that did seem to help with that issue. Overall, a wonderful week with the family! I would definitely stay here again.

The house was lovely, we enjoyed our stay. Management was responsive and all around awesome! Everything we could need was provided in abundance. We didn't love the neighborhood, the "pressure" of the curfew hours and the overhead high tension wires running behind the pool. The neighbor dogs barking all the time, even during quiet hours was annoying also - though no fault of this properties owners. This house overall is very comfy for families with small kids, and even teens.

We had such a wonderful time on out California Vacation! This home has everything you need for comfort and pleasure after a long day at Disneyland! It was such a nice place to relax in, and the swimming pool was such a nice bonus! We had our 5 kids with us, and there was plenty of room for all of us, and they were never bored with so much to choose from! We were able to walk to Disneyland in 20minutes. There is lots of shopping and restaurants very close by. The beds we're comfy, the home was beautiful and immaculate! We would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing place with lots of room for their stay.Leah and Ryan were very nice to check in and make sure we had what we needed. Thank you so much for everything!!

I can't thank Rachel for all the help with questions I had while staying. She was a call or text away. The place was spotless and so roomy. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do. Beds were super comfortable, lots of towels and pot's and pans, shampoo,and laundry soap was even provide . Even a crockpot ( been to 41 states and this is the second one with one). Neighborhood was super quiet and close to Disney land ( we walked). Grocery store close by and restaurants. If in the area will be hitting them up again. Thanks again!!

We were surprised and delighted by this home. LARGE living spaces and kitchen. Seating for our group of 7. COMFORTABLE beds! 3 TV's with Netflix. Fun gaming toys. Property Management (Rachel, Kari, Sarah) a dream team. We had 2 issues and they were addressed immediately. Constant contact. Great neighborhood. Easy access (with car) to Disney. Super Wal-Mart close by. Will definitely stay again.

After a very long road trip in California, Utah, Nevada, and arizona... We were happy to take some rest in this house, with a very quiet neighborhood.

The house was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. We all had enough space and it was so nice to have the pool table and our own pool and hot tub.

Awesome home...had almost everything you need! They did supply even a few things I wasn't sure they would like...laundry detergent, etc! Kitchen had everything and more. I wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and game room, but with so many places to go...hard to fit it all in. The pool and hot tub was all our favorite to come back to relax to. Wish the quiet time at 10:00 was a little later but totally understand the 10:00 rule. The only downside to the master bath was limited space for makeup, deodorant etc...but we managed. Beds very comfortable. The location was great, very close to Disneyland and a great view of the fireworks at night! Knotts within like 8 miles, Universal further about 35 miles maybe, the traffic was the downside to that. We went to three beaches Latina, very nice; Huntington also very nice with a pier and Redondo on our way to the airport had a very nice pier with shopping. We are at Ruby's Diner, awesome good! Loved the atmosphere. This rental worked perfect for the eight of us and would recommend this for your stay. We did start with an issue but customer service quickly responded. Just keep in mind driving to wherever may take a little longer than you think!! Disney was only about maybe 10 minutes! And if you are flying allow extra time to get to LAX and extra time to return any rented car and to take the shuttle to your terminal!! What a FANTASTIC WEEK WE ALL HAD!!! (I did look forward to trying Netflix and never had a chance, pool more fun anyway!) Would stay here again, without a doubt!!

We overall had a great time and experience staying at Funtierland 18. The accommodations were exactly as described, the house was very clean and well laid out for a family. We especially loved the pool and outdoor space. We loved having a place to lounge and eat, and the hot tub was really nice to relax in. You can see the Disney fireworks from the backyard and its close to many shopping and dining options. The only negative is that your not aloud outside after 10:00 which is a city ordinance. Normally that's not a problem but we were there over the 4th of July and not being able to go out and celebrate was a bummer. We would recommend this place to others and would stay there again in the future.

Nice house, great proximity to Disney. Kitchen was large and well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc. Our only *tiny* complaint would be that the bedroom furniture is so large, it did not leave much room in the bedrooms to walk around, have luggage, set up pack and play, etc. Otherwise, we had a great stay and enjoyed the house and pool.

What a great base from which to visit Disneyland! We had three little ones with us, so we chose to make the nine-minute drive each day. The house was sparkly clean and comfortable. The dress-up clothes were a big hit with the kids along with the game tables and great swimming pool. The kitchen was well-appointed; even my usually non-observant husband commented on the good quality of the pots and pans! A great visit!
