+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio etc) are off limits during this time.
+ Guests must agree to comply with city requirements.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee

We had a blast staying at the home. I paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was. The kids had a blast swimming. The bedrooms were nice. The upstairs master bedroom is huge. The walk in closet was used as the babies room. It was the perfect place to sleep a baby. It was close to Disneyland. There is a Costco, Target, and Walmart with in 10 miles from the house. The only small complaint I have is the lack of big bowls. We cooked dinner most nights and needed some big bowls. A crockpot would have been nice on the days we went to Disneyland. They are very strict about the 10:00 pm quiet time. The rental is in a neighborhood so there is a noise ordinance for Anaheim. We had a fun stay and enjoy our time!

The place was great for my family of 15. Tje pool was a huge bonus for the kids and adults. The proximity to Dianeyland, Knottsberry Farm, Costco and other shopping facilities really helped make this trip great and gave us the opportunity for midday breaks from Disneyland. The management team was responsive and the home was very clean upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay if you have a large brood (especially children). The place is huge with a cool swimming pool and attached hot tub. Close to shopping centers and grocery stores and Downtown Disney is an 8-minute ride away. Some of the drawers in some of the bedrooms lacked tracks, but that's minor. This is a clean, private and huge place to bring a family. Thank you so much, Funtierland for having the patience to work with us.

We will definitely stay here again! We had 15 people from 3 different families and there was plenty of room! The little girls loved the playhouse bed, the teens liked the pool table and game room, and the adults loved the 2 master bedrooms with bathrooms in them. And the Cinderella room had a King size bed for our third set of parents. It was a quick couple minutes from Disney! The management company was great at communicating before, during, and after our stay. I will look for more Funtierland properties!

We absolutely loved this property for our girls weekend to Disneyland! It takes 10 minutes by Uber/Lyft to get to the park. There were 11 of us and plenty of beds! Keep in mind adults are not to sleep in the top bunk of the princess bed and backyard is not to be used after 10pm. It would have been nice to use the hot tub once we got back from Disneyland since some of the girls went back earlier than closing but we understand the neighborhood rules. The Management was very responsive to us and we had no issues. This is a very large spacious property and I would highly recommend it for your Disney trip! As adults in our late 20s we also had a blast using the water slide!

There was room for 17 of us and it's an easy 30 minute walk to Downtown Disney. The 2 master suites were perfect for parents with young kids and the rest of us adults and teens had our choice of other comfy sleeping spots. The kitchen was huge and a natural gathering place for our family. Sadly, we were too busy to swim, but did enjoy the playground in the backyard. We will stay again!!

Everyone was excited about the size of the home and the Belle theme throughout the home. We actually had a bedroom we did not use. The kitchen was huge and we did use the swimming pool and hot tub while it sprinkled outside. I knew what to expect because the house was recommended to me by a friend who had stayed there with her family. She loved it also. It was a treasured vacation because it has been so hard to get the family together. I hope we will be able to stay at Belle's Castle again. (I was surprised the house was not decorated for Christmas)

Pros: The place was great! Very spacious. Very nice. Beds were comfy. Pool was nice and cool throughout the very HOT weekend. My family & I enjoyed every minute of it! They had extra everything. Extra blankets extra beds extra towels. Neighbors were very friendly. Invited my boys out to the front yard to play some basketball. We had a great time! Cons: the only thing was the downstairs AC was not working the whole time but the AC upstairs was working good and the pool also helped so it was not a big deal. the floors felt like they haven’t been swept or moped in a while. We were able to sweep the floors but they didn’t leave a mop out for us to use so we ended up purchasing one just to clean the floors.

The only thing we found was some of the lights did not work and we had to call and get the trash emptyed, it was full when we got there.

The house is exactly as described and pictured and located in a decent neighborhood. We had a family of 11 adults and all but one room accommodated us comfortably (one room was dedicated to kids). It wasn’t a surprise because it’s shown in the photos. We went to Disney one day followed by a cruise do the house served a dual purpose. The house was very clean. As stated in reviews from other renters, the furniture is a bit dated but comfortable and served its purpose. The property management/owner kept in touch. I would stay here again and recommend the rental.

What a great place to stay when you're with a large party like the one I was in. 12 adult and 1 baby stayed comfortably in this house. There are two rooms downstairs, the bedroom suite was perfect for my dad. The upstairs accommodated 10 adults and a baby. Everyone had something, whether a bed or a couch, to sleep on. The couch on the first floor turns into a bed. The backyard, which includes and pool and spa and a swing set is large and it was nice to sit outside a couple of times. The house is within 5 minutes of the nearest parking garage to Disneyland and there are a many restaurants and stores within a reasonable distance to choose from.

The house is a good space for multiple families, lots of room and very close to Disney but there is a lot of where and tear and it appears to be lacking regular maintenance. House could be amazing if a little more care an attention was put into maintaining it and ensuring everything is good quality.

It was wonderful the house was clean and spacious all of our guest staying with us was very impressed. The kids really loved the rooms and playground. And the pool was a big bonus. The adults/parent loved it as well because it was close to everything and the neighborhood felt safe. We were so close we were able to watch Disney’s fireworks.

Our family of 12 rented this house for our vacation to Disneyland. This house is Disney themed and was a huge hit with our kids and grandkids. It's nice to rent a house that for the most part is fully furnished, including full size shampoo/conditioner and body wash in each bath room. Hair dryers were also provided. Plenty of towels as well as towels for the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was also stocked with lots of dishes, glasses,pots and pans, and a Mickey Mouse waffle iron! The beds were all comfortable. The house could use a little TLC; touch up painting from marks on the wall, but the house is rented all of the time, so this might be hard to accomplish. This did not take away any fun from any of us! The couch in the main room of the house could possibly use an update, the cushions are a little flat, but again, this house is rented all of the time, but a new couch would be a good addition. None of this was an issue for our family, just suggestions that were made during our stay. We all enjoyed the pool and spa. A storage shed by the pool has inflatable toys which were a hit with all of us! Due to the City of Anaheim ordinance, quiet time is from 10:00 PM - 9:00AM, and you cannot be outside, or if you are the pool and spa are off limits as well as no talking. Overall this house was wonderful and we would rent it again in a minute. As our youngest grandson said when we were leaving the "Disney House", he wanted to have us buy the house so he could go to Disneyland every day. This house is a quick 10 minute drive from Disneyland, which is great. Fireworks can be seen from the upstairs game room as well as one of the bedrooms, if you do not make it to Disneyland to see the fireworks up close. Belles Castle is a great house for families to rent! We had to contact Funtierland once about the hot tub jets not working,and they responded to us almost immediately and fixed the problem right away. I think you will be very pleased with this fun Disney theme house!

Fun time in Anaheim. The house was large to give our large group room to spread out, enjoy each others company yet get away when needed. The home had a few concerns while visiting but they were addressed within reason. The house needs some TLC but enjoyable all the same. Master suits were large and beds comfortable. The kids rooms were appropriate and the beds average and could use some improvement. Make sure to pay attention to the instruction signs around the house for best use. Some of furniture has been well worn. Location was perfect for Disney as well as everyday needs (grocery, gas, restaurants, free way access, etc). Able to see the Disney fire works from the upper windows.

We were a group of FFA students and 2 chaperones that traveled to Anaheim for the State FFA Convention. This house was the perfect retreat for that event and the kids loved the house. This is a so much nicer option than a dozen motel rooms down here!

We enjoyed our time there, the house was nice. we had paid for the pool to be heated but it was too cold, we called they came right over and turned it up. It was much better the next day. If our other daughter and son in law had came like planned we wouldn't have fit. They really need to do a video walk through of the entire house. Also some of the beds were horrible to sleep on.

We loved our stay at Belles Castle, the kids especially loved coming home to the private pool and spa. It made our time so special with all the cousins being together!! It was so nice having a double stroller (marked with orange tape) so we could find it easily. High chairs and pack and plays really helped out. Perfect weather too! Amazing exhausting VACATION. Definitely get MaxPass and fast passes...get there 40 minutes before they open the gates and get your tickets ahead on !

We absolutely loved staying at Belles Castle! So much better than a hotel! We took our grown kids and 7 grandkids to Disneyland for 4 days! We were all so comfortable here and loved having the pool and spa. Everything was great including stroller marked with orange tape(easy to find) high chair, pack and play and beautiful California weather..we hit it just right.!!! Thank you for having us as guests. We highly recommend this place, 6 minutes from Mickeys parking garage and we were at Disneyland at 7:30 every day..perfect way to get ahead of the crowds. Thanks again!

We stayed at Belles Castle for a week. There were 17 of us, 12 kids ages 3-15. The house was plenty big enough for all of us. We loved the decor throughout. The rental team is amazing. They worked with me on all pre-arrival adjustments and were always extremely friendly. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were not heating for the first several days of our stay. The agency was always good to respond quickly to my texts and did send someone out each day to try to fix the issue. When the pool and hot tub finally heated on day 5, it worked great the rest of our stay and the kids really enjoyed swimming. I do understand that the repair was out of the teams hands, and they tried. I have been promised a refund for the days we didnt get use of the pool. Otherwise, we thought everything about this place was wonderful. Would definitely recommend the home and Funtierland and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, it was clean and had almost everything you would need. The 7th bedroom is a family room with no bed, but a nice couch, or you could use a blow up mattress. The home comfortably sleeps 10 adults and 7 children. Carpet could really use a cleaning, and a few things weren't working.( I assume that no one has let them know about these things that need looked at),other than that an amazing home. It was so close to Disneyland, it made it so easy. About 15 minutes to County of Orange Outlets with lots of yummy food and great shopping. The beach is also within about 20-40 minutes away. There is also Seafood, Cheesecake Factory and P.F. Changs just down the road. Universal Studios was about a 45 minute drive. I would stay in this home again. Funtierland was really easy to work with, and very helpful.

We had eight adults and six children in our group, Belle’s Castle was perfect for us. The home is comfortable with lots of space to spread out. We enjoyed the pool every evening after returning from a long day at Disneyland. The drive to Disney is really easy. Owners were very responsive to any needs. This house is amazing and the team that runs Funtierland is absolute top-notch. The location is a quick 6 minute drive to Disney. It is in a quiet location. So much room and amenities. Pool was amazing. I cannot think of a single negative!
The customer service from Funtierland is industry leading. Somehow the pool heater got manually turned off (probably my kids). I texted them in the morning and they had someone at the house within an hour and had us back up and running. Just perfect.
This was probably the cleanest VRBO I have every stayed in. Spotless.

I rented this property because of its close proximity to Disneyland, and the large size. This property exceeded my expectations. The kitchen/main living area was HUGE, offering ample space for food prep and relaxation for a large group. We had 7 grandchildren under the age of 5, plus 9 adults. There was plenty of sleeping space for all, and the backyard pool was a delight! The adults and kids alike spent lots of down time playing in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi. The house was clean, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. It was just a 5 minute drive to Disney Resort. Property management was very professional and prompt, and answered concerns and questions right away! An added bonus was extra parking space for 4 vehicles and the swingset in the backyard. I would recommend this house to other large groups looking to stay close to Disney.

The house was great! The kids and adults were all so excited by the size of the house and how awesome it was. The pool and hot tub were awesome. There might have been a few things that we noticed, the carpet in the master bedroom on the main floor was a little dirty, but it is light carpet and that happens. It didn't affect our stay or the great time we had. I would recommend this to anyone. I imagine you could be super picky about things if you wanted to be, but we all thought it was wonderful. Things were clean, nice neighborhood, although there was a dog that would bark a lot in one of the neighbors back yards, but I think at night they must take it inside, because I didn't hear it then.

Overall this was a great place to stay. The rooms were nice and there was lots of space. The kids loved the pool and it was extremely easy to drive to Disney.
A couple of things I would like to comment on. First, the coffee maker is very small and very slow. In a house with this many people there should really be a larger and faster one or maybe two different ones. In keeping with the kitchen supplies, it was low on cutlery and pots and pans. Again, when 15 people are staying there, it was tough to cook enough food at once just because of the limited supplies. Now it wasn't horrible and we made do but some more cutlery and a few more large pots would have made a huge difference.
Overall I would still stay here again and recommend it but if they added a few supplies to the kitchen it would be very useful.

We had the BEST time staying here!!! Lots of room to roam, SO much character and VERY accommodating. A short drive to Disneyland and a very nice grocery store nearby. A true home away from home. Very clean and just plain fun place to be for kids & adults. We found that if we went to Disneyland first thing in the morning, by 2:00 it was getting crowded and we were ready to be home. Once home, it was so nice to enjoy and relax in the hot tub & swimming pool and the kids loved the play set and the room to run! We were not disappointed as this was exactly as described. Every day was magical. Thanks for the wonderful memories!!! Would highly recommend!!!

Our rental experience was good. Door was hard to open on first arrival but became easier over time. The house was perfect for our family. We had mainly adults with a couple small children so it was nice to have split rooms with large beds rather than bunk beds and double queen rooms. Everyone got their own space like we would if we had stayed in a hotel but got to be together and more private. We were really looking forward to the pool but didnt realize how early the quiet hours would come while also squeezing in theme parks, shopping, and days out with drive time. Overall house was great, spacious, clean, filled with necessities.

The house was very nice. You'll need a car if traveling going to Disneyland. The price of Lyft of Uber was about the same as DL parking, but with parking you are free to go back to the house and enjoy the awesome pool.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Belle's Castle!! We were so busy enjoying Disneyland, the beach and all of the fun we had planned, that we all wished we had more time in our home away and the pool. Everything was in complete order, when we arrived, and we just began our vacation from the first moment! Although it is very close to Disneyland, we needed to drive our own cars, but we also used uber and had a very good experience using their service tool On our last day, Logan stopped by to see if we needed anything. I would return again, and again to this wonderful home and any that are owned and operated by Funtierland. They are very efficient and wonderful to work with. Belles castle was perfect! Plenty of room. 6 formal rooms, a games room with doors, a huge closet and a play space that could all be used. Pack n plays, blowup mattresses make this a very spacious and large group home. Even if you used all those spaces, you still wouldn't be in the large kitchen dining, TV area. We couldn't all sit at the table together, but the slave was big enough to all be in. The bathroom situation upstairs is s lititle weird. 1 bathroom is inside a suite, where is hard to get to, but other than that, perfect. 2 bathrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms downstairs (again 1 bathroom is inside asuite).would sunbathing go there again. Had to call about a minor plumbing issue, they came right over and fixed it. Great management, clean, beautiful! Literally 1 mile from Disneyland. Not really walkable though.
It was so wonderful! We loved how many restrooms there was. Our children said it felt magical. The pool was incredible. When I had a question the manager responded back fast! We would love to stay there again in the future! Thank you funtierland
