If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering that could exceed the maximum occupancy, or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. If you are looking to play music outside at anytime or do anything that could disturb a neighbor, this is not the right home for you.
Our home is located in one of the most sought after, family friendly neighborhoods just outside the Disney Resort. From our front door it's an easy 20 - 25 minute walk to the “Happiest Place on Earth” and you can even enjoy the fireworks from the front yard. Enjoy quiet, hassle free access to the wonderful world of Disney and all the nearby shops and entertainment, right within walking distance of our home.

+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 3 vehicles MAX in garage and driveway ONLY (will fit 2 minivans, 1 standard). Must not encroach into sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio etc) are off limits during this time.
+ Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You MUST be 25 years or older to rent our properties
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.

Overall it was great! The house is well stocked and the pool and hot tub were so nice. It was a little farther from Disney than we anticipated which was hard with the little legs for the kiddos. We made it work and still had a blast! Just ended up using Uber to get to and from the park a couple times to save some leg energy. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen worked out great. Nice to have a garage.

We stayed at the Pirates Cove, property number 29 for a week. The house was very clean and ready for us upon arrival. The house is definitely dated, but it did not get in the way of having a very peaceful vacation. Disneyland is literally 10 minutes away. We walked once and took an Uber the rest of the times. It was not expensive and it just made for the ability to walk longer at Disneyland :-)

Pirate cove was the perfect space for our Disney vacation with extended family. Yes there are many rules and repeated signing of those rules, but that is the city regulations. Funtierland was prompt in their response to be throughout the transaction, from reservation to after our stay. They resolved my minor issues the same day during our stay.

We loved the close proximity to Disney and the pool was great. Our complaint was that all the bedding seemed very worn, the carpet is very old and pulled up in some spots where my kids got their feet poked. It also seems like the cleaning company doesn't do an amazing job at cleaning. All the baseboards are pretty grimy and our socks would get really dirty just walking around the house.

We had a great stay at The Pirate's Cove! Disneyland is a short walk away and groceries are a short drive away. The place is clean and tidy with lots of room for all of us. We enjoyed the heated pool when we could as we did spend long days away.

We were very pleased with the overall appearance and condition of the home. Very accommodating to our 7 person family. We looked forward to time in the pool. There was a slight issue, but response to the problem was handled well. Most of our time was spent away from the property. It was very convenient to all we wanted to do. Disneyland, beaches. Very happy with our stay here. Pre-arrival info and correspondence was very detailed and easy to follow. Wasn't sure before arriving how the walk to Disney would work out but I would say the walk in the morning was totally doable (and a nice start to the day) with recommendation to take uber/cab back in the evenings from the cab/uber area just outside the main park entrance. Only suggestion I would make is that it would be nice to have mirrors in each of the bedrooms with a little table/shelf to help when getting ready in the morning. This would help to ease congestion with the one common bathroom that potentially 10 people are otherwise trying to share before rushing off to the park :-) Overall we had a great time and loved having the hottub for those evenings we made it home before quiet time. Thanks for having us!

Vacation was great,and home was adequate for our needs. Feel the walk was a bit much after being all day at the park, however parking at park was easy. We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect to suit our needs. Our party consisted of 7 children and 5 adults. There was plenty of room and sleeping space for all of us. The walk to Disneyland was easy, and we had strollers. The house had every amenity that we needed, and was very clean and well maintained. The management provided quick and professional responses to our inquiries. There was a problem with the pool lighting at night, but a maintenance man was on site the next morning. Our only dissatisfaction was in that we were not allowed to have guests (my relatives) in the house. Overall, I would recommend this place for families to stay on vacation.

This was our first time staying in a rental home rather then a hotel for our annual Disneyland trip. It was a great experience, the home was super cute. the kids loved the themed rooms and murals, the kitchen was well equipped. Everyone enjoyed playing in the pool and playing ping pong on the patio. There were a few signs of wear and tear on the property, furniture etc, but it was VERY clean. The beds were surprisingly very comfortable, but the couch has probably surpassed its lifespan. Next time we will probably stay an extra day so we can enjoy the pool more... we did not fully understand how strict the "Quiet time" law for the city of Anaheim, and would have loved to soak our tired feet in the spa for a few minutes after a long walk home at midnight.. Oh well. Distance to the park was as far as we would like... 1 more block and it would be too long of a walk for us. Overall really nice experience. Easy communication with management via text, which was nice. Would be a 5 star rating with some minor TLC on the home.

Pirates Cove was the perfect place for our stay. We had more than enough space for our group of 5. When we did walk to Disneyland the walk was not too bad. House was clean and comfortable. Pool for the afternoon breaks was perfect. The interactions I had with the staff at Frontierland rentals was always professional and friendly. We would definitely stay again! The one thing that would have been nice would have been an 11 am check out.

The property overall was a great experience. When we arrived the outside trash cans were full and after notifying the management company they were there in less then 15 minutes. There were nice amenities, though my only suggestions would be to upgrade the beds and linens. There were tons of towels and though at first we didnt like the idea of not being able to access the patio after 10pm it really wasnt an inconvenience. I would definitely stay at one of their properties again.

Thanks for the suggestion about the linens, we do upgrade them constantly but as you can imagine, we have a lot of families visit us year round so they go through a lot of "love". In regards to the quiet time rules, the City of Anaheim has strict curfews for short term rentals but most people find themselves too tired after a long day at the parks to be bothered by it =). The Pirates Cove was the best choice for our family vacation! We all loved it! Neighborhood was great! Distance to Disneyland was perfect! Distance to the beach was awesome! We even traveled down to LA for a day at Universal Studios and the drive wasn't bad at all. We were close to many different restaurant choices. The selections were great! We really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, ping pong table and netflix. The murals on the Wall and the themed rooms were amazing! We felt like We were in fantasyland! We felt at home at the Pirates Cove. Plenty of room for our family of 8. After a long day of fun it was so welcoming to go back to our vacation home every night. Hotels are so cramped and stuffy; you cant wait to get out of there. Pirates Cove was the opposite. We wanted to be there and hang out. The quiet rule after 10 pm was easy to follow. It was the best vacation ever and it truly had everyrhing to do with where we laid our head each night. Thank you Pirates Cove!

This house is 10 min. from Disneyland but so quiet and comfortable! Really beautiful pool that the kids enjoyed every day. Plenty of beds and bedrooms, big and well-appointed kitchen.

This house is a perfect mix of functionality and theme. It's themed Disney, but has everything else you need to make the trip enjoyable. The pool is amazing! It's a short walk to the park. The booking company was very accommodating and helped us find the right place.
Was a great place to stay for our family, walkable to Disney and close to shops etc and quick Uber to Walmart, shops and outlet mall. The pool was great, we went to Disney in the morning, then came home for a swim then went back in the evening. Great Laundry facilities. Really enjoyable and easy! Thank you
