F-31 | Mickey's Beach House

Comfortably slept 12 of us, there are plenty of toys and accommodations for infants, and the bedrooms were spacious and very nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and it was no more than a five minute drive right into the Disney parking lot. Although we did not use the pool, it was absolutely beautiful, you share the pool with three different houses, but it’s not in any particular backyard. It is completely walled off and on its own, so you don’t have to worry about small children getting into the pool.

This airbnb was so fun for the kids with the themed rooms! We would love to stay here again. You do have to drive to Disneyland but it’s a short Uber ride and you can still avoid paying for parking.

The location is in perfect proximity to disney and local stores to help us get our necessities! The hosts were extremely responsive as well, which was greatly appreciated. The home is beautiful and spacious. We hope to stay here again!

This is a 5 star accommodation. I will look them up anytime I travel to the Anaheim/LA area. I will recommend this to anybody I know is headed that way. Every aspect of the stay was excellent. Check in, communication, and accommodations.

we absolutely loved staying here. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and made our trip memorable. They even had what we needed for a great day at the beach. We loved the pool and the hot tub, the yard, and patio furniture. TVs in most of the rooms. The kids loved playing in the house. It was so amazing and we were 100% happy.

I love this place, just like what was published on the site. Very clean home and more than enough space for me and my families. I will definitely be renting from this house again when we return down south. Host was very responsive and helped me with all my needs. More than enough towels for us and all the necessities needed. My kids love the hot spa and pool.

House is definitely large enough for all 15 guests. The pool is awesome and quick drive to Disneyland with no traffic.

The house was great. It really spacious and had enough room for our group of 3 families (14 people). The kids loved themed rooms. There are strollers available which was very convenient. House is a short drive to Disney. Its a cheap uber ride if you want to avoid paying for parking.

My family and I had a great time at Mickey's Beach House. It was so convenient to stay 5 min from Disney, we could make full use of our 3 day hopper passes by splitting our time at Disney and the house. Worked out perfectly having young kids and grandparents. When arriving our check-in was delayed because the cleaners needed more time to clean from the previous guests, luckily our kids were well rested and not restless, after the wait entering the home it was clean to our standards. We had no complaints during our stay. However, if we had to share one negative remark it would be the 2 rooms that use a separate entrance, we were a bit taken back when realizing the two rooms on the upper floor required us to enter from an exterior entrance. This could have been disclosed somewhere in the listing and we missed it. We have stayed in a different Funtierland property in the past and were not left disappointed, after this stay we will continue to do so.

I cant say enough about this house. The pictures doesn't do this justice. From the cleanliness when we walked in the house, to the spa and pool, to just how large the place is. Its so close to Disney that a couple of nights we watched the fireworks from the backyard. Its also so nice to just wake up and have this big meeting place for everyone to come down to. From making the reservation to staying, the staff was par none. they answered all of my questions very quickly, and most time called or texted me. All around I can't tell you how mc myself and my family loved sharing your home.

Our 2nd time renting a Disney house from this company. We absolutely love booking these rentals b/c its family oriented, easy access to Disneyland, always clean, enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Customer service always excellent even when we are in house. Thank you very much!!

We had a great time at the house! Between al of the activities at the beach, parks, and local attractions, we swam in the pool and spa, played games, BBQ’d, and had plenty of room to lounge around relax. The kids had fun with the Disney themed rooms and splash pad. They have not stopped talking about it and keep asking when we get to go back. We loved having a personal space to spend time as a family, we all hope to be back soon!

We stayed 3 nights, we didn’t spend much time at the house due to only 3 days to conquer Disney. The house thinks of everything for families, it was clean and convenient to get back and forth to Disney. We would 100% book again, having a large large family we hope to book all three houses if we make a large family trip to Disney and this is a perfect set up!

We rented both properties during our family vacation for 5 days. The homes were perfect for all of us. We loved the space, the big kitchen, the amount of bathrooms for our family. But, most of all the pool, although the pool is shared with 3 home rentals--we made the most of it. We did BBQ's, family dinners, with all the basic necessities provided. WE ,MOST DEFINITELY LOOK FORWARD TO RENTING THESE HOMES AGAIN.

The house was so comfortable, clean, welcoming! A family of 11 of us, we loved the comfortable beds, large kitchen, multiple bathrooms. The kids lived in the pool and the hot tub was so relaxing after a long day at Disney. We plan to return in a couple years and will absolutely rent this place again! Katie was so helpful from making the reservations to arrival. They texted to make sure everything was set up well. Convenient to so many places including Disney, which only took about 5 minutes to drive there! Overall a wonderful homey getaway!!

This home was perfect, it had everything we needed for our large family. Management was very accommodating. I had previously stayed in another of Funtierlands properties and had a great experience then too. I will never stay in a regular Hotel again. Vacation homes are much more comfortable, my kids kept saying they love this house and never want to leave.

Professional, Courteous and Responsive people at Funtierland made logistics of reservation easy. Last time we stayed at Mickey’s Beach house in 2016, we had one grandson. This time we had three grandsons. They enjoyed playing and we enjoyed comfort, cleanliness and coziness ( entire family) of the place. Great location 5 minute drive to Disneyland, wouldn't try to walk however after a long day on your feet at Disney. We've rented from Funtierland several times and they are always attentive, fair and courteous. They take pride in their properties. It is worth mentioning that the pool area is shared by 2 other houses next to this rental, so you may have to share with other people which can be a bummer if you like a more private setting. But the pool area was very pretty and I'm sure toddlers would love the splash pad!

The house is wonderfully supplied and great for families with kids. The two upstairs bedrooms are like a separate apartment which suited us well. Access to Disney is really easy and we found the local bus was quicker and cheaper than driving.

The VRBO from the time we walked in was beautiful and very tasteful and open floor plan with lots of room and a nice little back yard not to mention the awesome pool with slide, waterfall and hot tub. The kids loved it all. The Disney Themed murals were very well done and the house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Would very highly recommend this Beautiful home. We walked to Disney each day .... with the kids in a stroller. It is about 1.5 - 2 mi. to downtown disney.

A beautiful vacation rental located a good 1/2 hour walk to Downtown Disney or a quick and easy 5 minute drive. This home was very clean and comfortable for our party of 10. Kids (and adults) enjoyed the themed rooms. The in-house washer/dryer was an added bonus to do a quick load of laundry or freshen up towels/bedding. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. Three different strollers in the garage to choose from. The ping-pong table in the garage was a nice feature, too. Convenient 5 min drive to Walmart for groceries. The pool was absolutely fantastic and we all looked forward to using it every day (sometimes twice) after a long day at Disney! Customer service was great, we only had 1 small issue with turning on the water slide but they dispatched a technician immediately. It should be noted that the “Cars” themed rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & a living room) are in a suite above the garage with a separate entrance which worked just fine for our group. Absolutely would book with Funtierland again!

overall a great house. there were 12 of us, 6 of whom were kids, all under 10. plenty of space for everyone to run around and lay about. so close to disneyland, we had more convenience and saved money by taking an uber there and back. only complaint from the moms was that it took a while for the hot water to heat up in the shower. made it hard to keep the kids warm in the bathroom with the a/c blowing but that did not detract from the experience.

We had such a great time. We rented both Walt's Place and Mickey's Beach House. Our family of 30 just loved the pool and splash pad and there was plenty of room for all of us. The place was clean and nice and the people, especially Sheri, are so friendly. If there was ever a problem, they were right there to fix it. The little kids just loved the theme rooms. They always do. This is our second stay with funtierland (first time Belle's Castle) and we will do it again.

The over all experience was great. The house felt just like home. My grandchildren sound this was the best vacation ever. The only issue we had was the spa didn't get very hot. Also the circuit break tripped on the spa and we had to contact Shari to help us get it back on. Other than that the trip was a huge success. Shari was the best. I would like to pat her on the back and give her a gold star. When we got the Anaheim we wanted to check in a little early. Shari made that happen. When we had trouble with the spa, she was Johnny on the spot to walk us through how to get it working again. When ever I called her she always answered. I really would like to appreciate her.

They were both clean and well stocked with all the necessary kitchen items, bedding, beach towels and plenty of things to keep kids entertained. We will definitely renting again when we come back.

What a great rental for visiting Disneyland. The kids just loved the Disney themed rooms, there was plenty of room for everyone, the spa and the water playground around the pool was unbelievable.
It is under 10 mins from Disneyland and very close to shops and restaurants.
Facilities in the kitchen were great and the coffee machine certainly made me happy.
Would definitely recommend this to any families looking to visit Disneyland.

We stayed at Funtierland 31 for 5 days in November. We had 3 families with 4 adults and 8 kids ranging in age from 2-16. It was a perfect house for our group as there is tons of space and the the rooms are all large. We loved having the separate apartment for one of the families with teenagers and the kitchen/FR/playroom areas were all spacious and clean. We enjoyed using the hot tub and, although we paid the extra to use the pool/splash pad- we didn't have much time to enjoy it. We were disappointed that the pool was really too cold to use and the spa attached to the pool wasn't warm. Next time, we would probably only add the pool if it is summer. It's nice because you can't see it from the backyard, so the kids wouldn't even know it was there! We enjoyed the big, stocked kitchen and the kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. It was nice being able to borrow a stroller to take to Disneyland. We took Uber one day and drove one day- both were super easy! We had brought DVDs but there wasn't a DVD player, however the kids liked the Netflix and Roku options on the TV. All in all we would definitely stay at Funtierland 31 again! It was great having lots of space to spread out, but also comfortable and clean. We look forward to our next trip!

The rental house was perfect for our disneyland vacation. It was a nice change to stay is a house rather than hotel in different rooms. We brought toiletries but that have everything we needed. We will be going back to stay with Funtier again.

We had 11 people stay here, my family of 10 and my wife's big Disney fan sister. All were thrilled when we arrived to see such a beautifully done up place, perfectly fitting the theme of Disney, just down the street. As time went on, I heard my wife say that she was having house envy and was telling her sister how particular aspects would work so great for our family every day. SO much better than being split up in hotel rooms!

My family and I were in search of a place to stay near Disneyland. We not only found a 'place', we found a home away from home!

We loved the different themes for each bedroom and how roomy and sunny every room was. Everything was as described, in perfect clean condition, very well maintained. They even provide all the toiletries and laundry soap. All we needed to bring in was our groceries. There was even chalk and legos to keep my little niece busy. In the garage they had baby strollers, beach chairs and buggy boards for us to use if needed, as well as a ping pong table.

The location has easy freeway access, a short drive from shopping and restaurants, which made our lives easier.

I needed to reach out to Shari a couple of times and she was readily available to assist, mainly questions I had, nothing wrong with their home.

Over all, everyone in my family loved their stay at Funtierland and we hope to repeat our experience next summer.

We loved our stay in this house! We were there with my extended family and everyone had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and everything was was to find and use. I had a very easy time communicating with the owners and they they were very helpful with the planning process. We left saying we should have planned a day to just stay at the house! We definitely would recommend this home to others!

This house was great. Very convenient when headed to Disneyland. Extremely spacious, had more than enough room for my family. We loved the open living space. The kids loved the bunk beds. Pool area is really awesome. We always felt right at home.

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful house. Plenty of room for all of us. The house was cleaned and provided all that we expected. The outdoor grill worked great and the swimming pool was not only beautiful, and very fun for all. The location of the house made the drive to Disneyland quick and easy.

Our volleyball team and families stayed at this home and had a great time. The home is BEAUTIFUL! We have stayed in a few homes through Airbnb and this home was was the newest and nicest we have seen. It's clean, large and well equipped. The layout of the great room downstairs was nice for our group as we could cook, eat at the dining table and watch tv and lay around on the couches and still all be together.

The private hot tub right outside the home was a nice addition and the pool area was clean and fun. The kids enjoyed the slide and the hot tub. There was also a ping pong table in the garage that everyone enjoyed playing.

The only thing I would note is that the upstairs living space is a totally separate living space. There are no stairs inside the home to get up to the 2nd floor. You have to exit the 1st floor, go through the garage, exit the garage and enter the 2nd floor from the stairs outside. It's a nice space if someone in your group wants a totally separate living space.

If anything goes wrong, the team is there to answer your questions right away or will come by and fix things if needed. They take pride in their property.

It was perfect. My boys loved the cars themed room upstairs. And my nieces fell in love with the frozen room. The train that rode by the house so fun to look at in the morning when it rolled by. Clean.
