+ Current REG Permit # REG2023-00040
+ Max Occupancy - 10 individuals including infants (7 adults max) - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs additional guest fee
+ Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights
+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles in driveway, must not encroach into sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc) are off limits during this time.
+ Guests must comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You MUST be 25 years or older to rent our properties
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.

This was a great house for Disneyland and family vacation. Our 4 person family went with other family friends. Super close to Disney and we took Ubers the entire trip no problems. It was nice to be able to leave Disneyland mid day and enjoy the pool and cool off. Relaxing at the place on the patio grilling and sitting in the pool was the best part of the trip. You could not see the fireworks from the house but if you walked a bit to the main road you could! The garage play room was great for the kids and there was plenty of space for everyone!

Excellent location for a visit to Disneyland. Easy, 5 minute drive to Disney with close proximity to grocery store and anything else you may need. Spacious kitchen, comfortable beds, bunk room is great for smaller kids. Responsive host. Game room and small pool are a bonus!

We stayed at this spot for a total of 4 days. We requested to check in an hour early and they were able to accommodate this. You are given a code for their keypad. Be aware that the keypad is on the side entry door, not the front door. This was not previously mentioned. The home was cute and homey. The property manager is easy to get a hold of for all your needs/requests.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The backyard pool and game room were huge hit with my grandson and family. We were close to shopping and Disneyland, so after the long days at Disneyland we loved enjoying the pool and back patio.

Cute house. It was very clean with a great floorplan. Close to Disney. One more bathroom would have made this house perfect. One thing to note the pool is tiny. With that said the backyard is very nice.

We were very pleased with our stay. Booking and payment was easy. Communication with management was good. Everything with the house was in order. It had everything we needed and more. The house was a little older than we thought it was by the pictures, but it was all in good shape. I was happy with lots of parking in the back. The location was great, we just jumped on the bus a block away from the house and it took us straight to Disneyland.

Our Thanksgiving getaway was greatly enjoyed at this perfectly placed property. The house was spacious even for my large family, and beautifully decorated. The weather didn't allow us to enjoy the backyard too much, but it was still a beautiful view. The game room was also a little cold due to the weather, but we did have a little time to enjoy it. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much !!

The house was very cute. It's an old house so we weren't expecting perfection. On our last night there, the neighbors threw an outdoor house party with a live DJ. Normally I don't mind that stuff but our bedroom windows overlooked their backyard and the whole house was filled with bass and the constant hum of party goers talking loudly over the music. We asked them to please turn it down or go inside around 11:45pm. Nothing changed. We called the non emergency police twice over the next couple of hours but they were busy and never came out. Texted rental company as well. The party ended at 2:45am. The 3 bedrooms on that side were uninhabitable during this time so we slept on the couches. One of our guests drove home to Napa at midnight because it was so bad...even in the living room. Be may not be a quiet place to stay if you're staying there over a holiday popular for parties. That's the reason the rating is low for location. The neighbor is completely disrespectful. It is easy to Uber to Disneyland though.

We loved our stay here! They were great to work with and responded quickly when we had questions as well. It was nice to come back to a what felt like a home rather than a hotel. Would absolutely recommend it to a friend and would love to stay here again in the future!
