CITY REQUIREMENTS:
+ Current REG Permit: REG2023-00020
+ Max Occupancy - 9 individuals including infants (6 adults max) - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs additional guest fee
+ Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights
+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX. 1 car detached garage and 1 assigned parking space. No outside parking available within the HOA. NO public street parking. Passenger Vans, RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ Pool -6 guests max at one time, strictly enforced by HOA. No unregulated flotation devices, pool toys, etc allowed. Pool Facility Hours: 9am - 9pm.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc.) are off limits during this time.
+ Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You must be 25 years old or older to book with us.
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.

The townhouse is perfect in every way. Very, very convenient to the theme parks and Downtown Disney. Comfy beds, lots of space, huge kitchen, great water pressure, easy parking, great property manager, very quiet and safe neighborhood, easy access to I-5, lots of grocery store and restaurant options, lots of Disney character decorations, and powerful AC. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else for a Disney trip.

The condo was clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and the area was quiet. (It's quite close to Disneyland so the fireworks sound like they're right outside.) The living room furniture could stand some updating. We didn't rent a car for our stay so we ended up having to order groceries through Uber. The great thing about this location is it's a short walk to the park.

The size was really great for our family of 6, and we enjoyed having the amenities of home while visiting Disneyland. It was a quick 10 minute walk to downtown Disney where we could hop on the monorail or wander through to the entrance gates. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home at a reasonable cost and very close to DisneyLand!! It looks like the home is recently renovated and everything is new and clean. We stayed for a week and it felt like home as it had almost everything we needed - Utensils, Baby cribs, strollers, washer and dryer, etc., House is very close to Disneyland and can either walk for 15-20 mins, or 5 mins drive to the nearest Disneyland parking. Funtierland’s clear instructions over email and text messages made the check-in and check-out process smooth. They were in touch over text message to ensure there is no issue during the stay. Overall, my family is happy and impressed with this home.
The property was nice and in a quiet neighborhood close to Downtown Disney.
