Leave the car behind and enjoy an unbeatable location—just a 10-minute walk to the complimentary Mickey & Friends Tram, which drops you at the Disneyland entrance, or a 15-minute stroll to Downtown Disney for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Important City & Community Requirements
City Registration Permit: REG2025-00031
Maximum Occupancy: 9 guests total, including infants (maximum of 6 adults). Additional guests added after booking are subject to additional guest fees.
Minimum Stay: 3 nights
Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles (1 in the detached garage and 1 assigned parking space). No street parking or guest parking is available within the HOA. Passenger vans, RVs, trailers, and similar oversized vehicles are prohibited.
Community Pool: Maximum of 6 guests at one time, strictly enforced by the HOA. Pool toys and large flotation devices are not permitted. Pool hours are 9:00 AM–9:00 PM.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–9:00 AM. During this time, outdoor areas including the pool, patio, garage, and any game spaces may not be used.
Guests are required to comply with all city and HOA regulations. Violations may result in fines or other penalties imposed by the city.
We reserve the right to decline reservations that leave a two-night gap in the calendar.
A rental agreement is required for all reservations. Check-in instructions, including the property address and unique door code, will be sent approximately two weeks before arrival.
Reservations longer than 10 nights may require an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
Check-ins or check-outs on major holidays may incur an additional cleaning fee.
Primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book.
All reservations are subject to a $500–$700 STR Rules Deposit Hold. This is an authorization hold—not a charge—and is only collected if house rules are violated.
Reservations booked within 30 days of arrival require additional screening, proof of payment, and identity verification.
