This home is close to everything! food places, grocery stores, clothing stores! Quietly nice neighborhood! Highly recommend!

The host was very prompt with responding to questions. The house rules were very straightforward. Their online page guide was super helpful with any question you might have. My family loved it. We will definitely stay there again im the future

Came down to go to Disney with our 9 year old son and 70 year old parents :) the property was beautiful! Clean with plenty of room for all of us. Backyard was awesome, I just wish we would’ve had more down time to enjoy after our days at Disney and before the city curfew @10pm. We will definitely be recommending this property in the future :)

This location was great! This space accommodated my whole family which was nice. With a 8 minute drive/ Uber was even more convenient.

Easy in and out, clear communication and rules, overall nice stay

The setup was perfect for our group. Good size kitchen, we loved the backyard and the game room. Super close to Disneyland, but far enough away that you felt like you were in a nice neighborhood area. The area is quiet and clean. The house had plenty of extra linens and towels. Communication with the property manager was super easy. Definitely will stay again on our next visit!

Nice, spacious spot! Not really walking distance to any food, or other activities but still conveniently located just a few miles from lots of options!

The home was perfect for our 10-member three generation family. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and pool for soaking and swimming after long days of walking around nearby Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Park. The beds were comfortable, and the grandkids including a 3-year old were able to sleep in separate rooms nearby their parents. The property managers were very responsive to address minor items to improve our stay.

We celebrated our work retreat to Disneyland with our team here. We loved the home, especially the outdoor space. Our only complaint is that you can't enjoy the outdoor space or make any noise between 10 pm and 9 am, which was limiting. That and the home was right off the main busy street. Other than that, we loved it.

The house was lovely and perfectly situated between la and sandiego whetr most of our plans were set up. 10 out of 10

Had a lovely stay in this home. My family and I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere this home gave us. Our favorite area was the backyard pool and oasis. We loved all the greenery and landscape, seating, pool and hot tub! It was exactly what we needed to enjoy our stay. We had events planned throughout our trip and so it was nice to go back to a place that was comforting, peaceful and fun all at the same time. We had a couple of hiccups here and there and a few wear and tear items in the home, but it's expected and did not bother us, and hostess was very responsive and answered all our questions and helped us immediately. We would definitely book here again if we come back. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay there. 5 minute drive to Disney. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the house was nice and spacious with lots of room to spread out. Wonderful pool area for the kids and even a game room to keep them entertained.

We were 9 people from UK (two families) staying in Anaheim for a week. There was ample space for 9. The kitchen was great with lots of new pots/pans, which was appreciated as we like to cook. Disney, Starbucks, Ralphs, Walgreens etc a short walk - us Brits like to walk! The pool and outside space were great - the pool was cleaned at least twice while we were there. Lots of towels and good facilities for washing (also appreciated as this was part of a longer trip in the States). Space for two cars on the drive

We had a very pleasant stay, the property was well-maintained & very clean. Lots of communication from the host, maybe a little too much. :-) We would definitely visit again.

This property met and exceeded our expectations. Great location and spacious rooms for all twelve of us. Great set up for multiple families staying together. Providing amenities for the toddlers was so convenient. And we loved the pool! Highly recommend and would stay there again.

My family of 8 loved this house, plenty of space for everyone, cute, clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub a major bonus after long days at Disneyland. Only downside the road it’s on is a bit busier than a normal neighborhood road so you do hear the cars in the home and bedrooms but not extremely disruptive.

Perfect location for our family Disneyland trip. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Great communication with the host. We would be happy to come back again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cute property. The house was clean and the perfect size for our large family/friends and we thoroughly enjoyed the outside area and the game room. Very close and convenient to Disneyland.

Everything was great

There were a lot of rules for this place and a extra deposit we were not aware of at first. But the location was absolutely perfect. We had a group of 13 in town for a cheer competition and it got all of us perfectly. Only 8 minutes to Disney and 4 minutes from a Walmart so we were able to do a grocery pick up order on the way to the house. We would for sure stay here again just read all the fine print and rules ahead of time. It is located in a residential neighborhood so we now understand why all the rules were in place.

We had a good stay, it was close to Disneyland, restaurants, and stores. . It could be a little cleaner and it didn’t look exactly like the pictures. It’s a bit dated but they’ve done updates and the outdoor area is really nice, along with the game room! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice house. It had all of the amenities we needed. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely book again.

This house caught my eye because of their heated pool, thus was amazing during the winter time. Everything else was nice and warming as well.

Great place to stay, central to everything! Walking distance to Disney, close to shops, restaurants, knotts berry farm and an hour from Hollywood. Place is big enough for a family of 10 people, with plenty of space to relax. Pool/spa area is beautiful. We spent many days outdoors relaxing with the children. Spa gets lovely a warm - great for cold evenings. Would have loved to have used the bbq as it looked great, but we wasn’t blessed with great weather. Any problems someone is sent round within a couple hours to help and fix anything! If we return to L.A we have all said we will book this villa again! Thank you!

The home is clean and spacious and the strollers were awesome to have on hand! We were a bit intimidated by the rules but our large group was mindful of quiet time and we did not have any issues. This was a lovely property for our big group.

This stay was perfect. It was clean and very spacious. We had 9 people and we were all able to be in our own space without being all on top of each other. The travel to and from LA was not as bad as I thought it would be. We started early each day so traffic wasn’t as bad. There are many stores surrounding the home and restaurants as well. We drove 2 SUVS and were able to park in the drive way with no problem. The kitchen is fully stocked we cooked breakfast each day with no problems. The beds were so comfortable. There was a limited amount of wash rags so you may want to bring your own. The swimming pool because it is surrounded by palm trees does have a few leaves but there is a net so that you may scoop them out. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Be sure to read all of the rules they have a lot of rules. Other than that everything was perfect.

Very nice and well equipped vacation rental.

This house is perfect and has everything needed for a family or group visiting Southern CA! Our family stayed here Sept. 2019 and the house offered every single amenity we could want. My 3 kids enjoyed the pool and game room. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too! If you are looking for a great place to stay, look no further!!
