This vacation rental sleeps 8 and boasts 1,100 square feet of polished living space, marked by brand new features and fixtures. Only 2 blocks from the I-5 Freeway, this adorable home has super easy access to L.A. and Orange County.

CITY REQUIREMENTS:
+ Current REG Permit # REG2023-00037
+ Max Occupancy - 8 individuals including infants (6 adults max) - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs additional guest fee
+ Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights
+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX. Must not encroach into sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities are off limits during this time.
+ Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay.
+ Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You MUST be 25 years or older to rent our properties
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.

We stayed here for a little under a week. All appliances/household needs were met, easy to Uber to/from as well as Door Dash since we didn’t rent a car. We did have questions after we first arrived and I received a response from the property manager within 5 minutes.

Very comfortable & clean. Thoughtful care put into the arrangements and ammenties. Jacuzzi was clean and easy to use. Will need to take care parking in the carport as it's a snug fit. We found it was easier to back our vehicle in. Close to Disneyland & a nice Target. Would 100% stay here again.

This location is amazing!!! We enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities at the home (kitchen supplies, smart TV’s, laundry, etc.). The home was clean and the host was very responsive. With how close we were to Disneyland, we enjoyed watching the Disneyland fireworks from the front yard! This location is VERY convenient to drive to the parks/Downtown Disney and also hop on adjacent freeways to get around Southern California. We felt safe in this neighborhood, it was very quiet and easy to find. Parking in the back carport from the alley was a little hard to maneuver at times, especially having to get out and open the gate each time, but having designated parking was very convenient. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated Funtierland as hosts, we would stay here again!

Very much enjoyed this house. It was well kept, and in a good location. When we noticed that the coffee carafe was broken from the previous renters, we notified Funtierland and they had one delivered by that night. The distance to Disneyland Resort was easy and taking an Uber only cost about $8/way. The towels and sheets were plush, but have recommended to Funtierland that they replace with better pillows. Overall a great stay and we would stay here again.

The bathrooms are so nice and so was the kitchen. The property manager was quick to respond and address any issues during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here!

Very cute house Had everything you needed even the small unexpected stuff Also has a Jacuzzi not shown in the picture but worked great Especially After A-day at Disneyland. Too far to walk even for adults and for adults to Disneyland but only a $10 Lyft and very easy To get one even at the end of the day. We'll definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.

This is a great little place with excellent proximity to Disneyland. It was a quick 4-6 minute Uber or Lyft ridge to the park. There were 5 of us, and it was nice to have the two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Much more roomy and quiet than a hotel room. We also appreciated having the air conditioning, as it was super hot while we were there. It was nice to be able to leave the park to go back to the house to cool off and rest and have food delivered via Uber eats or Door Dash. Our only recommendation is to bring a white noise machine or have an app downloaded on your phone if, like us, you're not used to a lot of road noise. The house is pretty close to a main road and a four way stop, but we're also just not used to living in a city.
