Beautiful house back yard has it all the area super quiet and safe walking distance to Disneyland definitely 100 % recommend.

Great location so close to Disney! My kids were too tired after long days at Disney but it’s so close it’s only a $10 Uber ride! The pool is absolutely amazing! So much fun!! The backyard was a great way to relax after long days at Disney, universal and the beach! Plenty of space for our group of 6! The place was clean and beds were comfy! Wish the water in the fridge had been working during our stay and not just going in randomly when you shut the fridge but they let me know ahead of time it was not working and they were fixing it so no big issues!! Again this pool is worth every penny!!! Great communication from management and would absolutely stay again!!!!

The house was perfect for our family trip to Disneyland. Very close and easy walk. The pool was a big hit and so nice to sit in the hot tub after walking all day. It had everything there that you need, strollers, hair dryer, and all the bathroom and kitchen items you need for a stay away. We would love to stay there again. The house was recently updated inside…looks they painted the entire inside and they had new furniture and bedding. Really nice!

We stayed during the horrible rain in Anaheim and loved being able to jump in the warm pool and play in the game room! The house was perfect for our family and great location for Disneyland.

Just minutes away from Disneyland by car… this place is amazing! Very spacious, clean, lots of accommodations. Great communication with the rental company. The only downside is the noise ordinance (out of the owners control) because sitting in the Hot tub after walking 10 miles in Disneyland would’ve been great! Highly recommend this place for anyone with kids. The water slide was a blast.

I took my family to Disneyland and this location was excellent! We had a day off between park days and relaxed in the pool. The property was great and plenty of beds for our group of 7.

This property location to Disneyland was perfect. Coming back from a long day in the park and having the spa and pool to relax in was amazing. If you’re going to Disney I highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved this house and everything they had to entertain us while we stayed. My kids (and I) lived in the pool and hot tub. We had so much fun and will be booking again!

This was a perfect location. The neighborhood felt safe. The walk to Disney was easy and only about 20 min. Our 7 and 9 year old grandkids made the walk with no issues, both early in the day and late at night. And you can see the 9:30pm fireworks really well from the back yard! The pool was fantastic. The kids (and grandma) loved the slide. So nice that it was heated, we got in within 10 min from arriving! :-) And the hot tub was an excellent way to relieve sore muscles after a day at Disney. The house was clean and worked really well for our family. There were enough paper goods to last our full stay. And it was nice to have shampoo and soap provided. The washer/dryer were helpful too. The grandkids really liked having a TV in each of their rooms, and that was nice for us too so they could watch their shows. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was stocked well. The toaster and microwave were all we needed, and they worked well. The rules (eg no outside noise 10pm-9am, list all people that will be at the house, no car covering the sidewalk or in the street) are important to follow to avoid fines from the city, and it was nice of the Funtierland folks to make sure we knew the rules clearly. We had a great vacation and this house helped make it even more perfect for us!

We stayed here four nights. Our kids loved the pool and game room in the garage. Great location for Disney - maybe a 3-5 minute drive.

House was clean and comfortable, and the pool was SO much fun for the kids! We would stay here again.

Great large pool with slide for the kiddos, relaxing hot tub! Beautiful patio area to relax/grill in the evenings! Fit 10 of us comfortably. Definitely would book here again!

This is my third time staying at a Funtierland property. By far this is my favorito!! The property is just as the pictures displayed. A nice home away from home. You’re in the Disney area, you’ll hear & see the fireworks from the property- nice added bonus. The backyard is your own personal oasis. The hot tub is the best . Go ahead and turn both the heat & Spa on 45 mins prior. I only pressed the spa button, it was bubbles without the heat- just a heads ups. Overall the property accommodated our needs & then some. Of course I would stay here again and send recommendations. MBJ

Great location, walked to Disneyland. House was great and kid friendly.

My family and I had such a great time staying in this home. It’s a quick walk to Disneyland and the pool was the icing on the cake. My nieces played in the pool and water slide hours a day.

We loved everything about this property except for one thing the jacuzzi had a hard time getting hot/heated up.

Loved this location. Funtierland staff was very kind and took time with all our questions. House was clean, comfy and the location was great!

We just returned from a trip of a lifetime at this amazing property! The house was spotless, communication with property manager was quick and easy, and the pool/hot tub were fabulous! The kids wanted to play in the pool as much as they wanted to go to Disneyland. All appliances were in working order, air conditioning was perfect, and it was a brief walk to Disney. Can’t wait to book our next trip!!!

It was a pleasant stay and was perfect for our family of 3 adults and 3 children.
