Beautiful and spacious home on a quiet culdesac in an attractive neighborhood. House has a big kitchen with large round kitchen table that allowed all 11 guests sit for dinners. Well stocked with kitchen tools. Bedrooms were spacious and quiet( could not hear others in their rooms , but footsteps in the foyer, stairs, or kitchen were heard and felt in master BR). Pool was small but big enough for kids to enjoy. Hot tub is nice however needed vacuuming due to sand on seats upon arrival. Great location of the house within walking distance of playground, golf, tennis, basketball court, park, shops, restaurants and large grocery store. Beaches were 10-15 minutes by car( and one within 20 min walk for amazing sunrises). Appreciated having recreational equipment including snorkel masks , boogie boards, surf boards, PFDs ,sports equipment, balls,several adult and kid bikes. Adult games were limited but several kid games and puzzles. Well stocked with beach and bath towels for all. Great stay!

WOWZA. What a perfect home to spend time with college friends from 30+ years ago! We had four couples, so each had their own bedroom and bathroom, although not all of the bathrooms are next to the bedrooms. One is on a different level, but it is so nice each couple had their own. The open living, dining, and kitchen are perfectly set up for social fun. The dining table is a huge round table that can seat 10. It was a great place to gather for a meal or card games. The kitchen is very well stocked, equipment-wise. I appreciated that there were plenty of towels for bathing and beach/swimming instead of one per person, as I have seen in other places. The home itself is lovely and set in a luxurious neighborhood. We used beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and bikes. There is an extra fridge in the garage. The pool area is also perfect for socializing. It can get warm in the house during the day, but there is AC in each bedroom for sleeping. Here is my advice: BOOK THIS HOME and ENJOYYYY!
The place has a lot of room and is in. Quiet location. Communication was great and they were quick to reply as well. Would recommend.
