House Rules & Important Information
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to book.
• City-Mandated Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. All outdoor areas (pool, patio, garage/game room, etc.) must remain unused during this time.
• Security Cameras: Exterior-only cameras may be present for city compliance.
• STR Rules Deposit: A $500–$700 hold applies to all reservations. This is not a charge and is only collected if house rules are violated.
• Maximum Occupancy: 19 guests total (including infants), with a maximum of 15 adults.
• Rental Agreement: A rental agreement will be sent at the time of booking.
• Pre-Arrival: About two weeks before check-in, you’ll receive the property address and your unique door code.
• Extended Stays: Stays longer than 10 nights may require an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
• Other Units: There is a separate ADU on the property that may also be rented during your stay

The house was an exceptional facility. Spacious and the theater was especially accommodating for the youngsters in our family.. Couple of suggestions, wife and I are older and the bedroom on the 1st floor was too high - difficult to get in and out of. Might put a spa in the back yard. But overall this was a perfect family reunion.
It’s a 3 level home right across the beach. It’s a huge home max is 17 guests including kids. It’s a comfortable home. Quick to check in and out. The home had Everything you needed. There was a theater room that kept the kids busy. My favorite part of the house is on the 3rd, the sitting around the window. Great place to read a book, have a cup coffee while looking out the window and glazing into the ocean, Beautiful!!! It was easy to check in and out. Also Beware there is a deposit they will ask for after payment. We had to put down $500 for deposit. Make sure you check in with them before renting if you don’t see it in the fine lines. Funtierland realtor is quick to respond in anything that you may need of assistance in. Especially, Amber and Dawn. They were so cooperative and quick in assist me in every question I had. Overall, I would definitely stay again. Thank you Funtierland Realtor.
